Food was okay, but the service was really bad. Pretty rude. No smiles. Gen Z stare. The atmosphere was ok I guess. Not special.

Ok standard Pho place, I’ve been here a couple of times with friends becuase it’s near them not becuase I love it. Price point is great 5 stars they have two sizes of pho 4. I dont love their peanut sauce for spring roll, too gooey slimy for me. Flavor of pork vermicelli bowl bbq and eggs roll usually I get I got pho last time not too impressed with broth. Still a good place to try I have my favorite place in West Valley and unfortunately I compare The vermicelli bowl to them and Pho broth to another Vietnamese restaurant. My friend seems to like her plate pictured and I didn’t get a pictures of any other.

This pho spot used to be my go-to, and I’m excited to add it back into my rotation! The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, and I always go for the P2 with extra meat—never disappoints. We also love ordering the veggie fried dumplings, though the only downside is that the appetizer consistently arrives after the entrée. The pho itself was fantastic, but the noodles were a bit too soft since they sat in the broth while it was piping hot. Minor issues aside, the flavors here keep me coming back!

The attitude of the staff directly impacts the image of the business. It also significantly affects our mood as customers and influences our overall dining experience. When the service is poor, it can overshadow even the best food, leading to dissatisfaction and a negative impression of the restaurant. A positive service attitude not only enhances customer enjoyment but also fosters loyalty and a positive reputation for the establishment.
I visited this restaurant four times within a week. The food is quite good, which is why I returned multiple times. However, the service has been consistently disappointing. Each visit, the staff's attitude seems to get worse. It's unacceptable, especially when a service charge is added to the bill. Shouldn't the establishment reflect on the quality of service they provide? It’s a shame, as the food is enjoyable, but the poor service really detracts from the overall experience.

Went to this little spot yesterday with a friend!
Friendly staff and good food! If you love Pho, the broth here is delicious. Good portion size for it too! They also have options so if you want a smaller bowl you can order it. Their spring rolls were super delicious as well! Good sauces and large menu to pick from. Can’t wait to come back and try some more things!
Vegetarian options: Most of their options you can order without meat. :)
Parking: There is a nice big parking lot in back!
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheel chair accessible entries from both the front of the store and the back!

I'm general, I'm a rare beef phở kind of guy, but sometimes I'm in the mood for a soup with plenty of veggies. You can get a veggie version (chay) at any phở restaurant, but this has the best veggie phở I know of. (The rare beef is also good.)
Service can be a bit slow here and it's pretty minimal. It's not uncommon to see your waiter twice-once to take your order, once to give you your food, and that's it. You even have to go up front to pay. That's fine, I don't need to be fussed over.
I usually parallel park in the front, but I think there's a parking lot in the back.
Vegetarian options: Best vegetarian phở (chay) that I know of in the valley
Kid-friendliness: Has high chairs
