Fast and delicious. My daughter's favorite thing in the world is soft pretzels and today she was extremely happy with them. Tables were a little dirty but it didn't ruin our experience.

Literally every time I come here even when there’s no other customers the staff always makes you wait before you can even order because they are lazy or don’t think a customer wanting to spend money is as important as texting their friends or doing something else that can definitely wait.
When I worked at a restaurant the staff was trained to drop everything that didn’t need to be monitored and ensure the customer was being helped weather it was only 1 person working or 6 we all stopped and helped the customer at the counter first/immediately.
This location seems to have been trained to do the opposite and deliberately focus on everything else but the customer so they eventually walk away and order nothing. Which is what I’ve ended up doing 3 visits in a row cause I’m not waiting 15-20 min to order a freaking pretzel while a teenager updates their facebook status!

Teenagers all hanging around, ask for 40 pieces of mini dogs and they told me that it was going to be ready in 30 min, I told them that it was fine. When I said it was fine the girl making the pretzel was impressed that I wanted to wait for 30 min. After that apparently they ran out of sausage. Bad service for the ones in the were in front helping customers.

staff gave me the wrong number, i’m sure they don’t get paid enough bc nobody looked like they wanted to be there. it was reasonably priced and i got my food quick but these are definitely not pretzels more like dough bites and the bites themselves taste like nothing

Went to this location last night and the guy who took my order was very unprofessional. Pants were sagging and he lied to me about having more pretzels ready soon. He needs to fix his attitude and dress code before working there. When he handed me my order he slammed it on the counter too. Wait time was 25 MINUTES FOR A PRETZEL!
At first the price was good, but then as soon as I took a bite in them, they were raw. Don't come again.

They don't make pretzels anymore.... Just pretzel chunks! Insane. Hopefully they don't move into the pizza business and start to only sell pizza bites... Hoping they either go out of business or bring back the pretzel shape 🥨

Got there 29 min before closing said they couldn’t do an order of mini corn dogs because 30 min before closing they can’t do any specialty orders. If you close at 6 I’m not sure why you can’t take a mini corn dog order 29 min before
