The next time I get takeout, I will go to The sugarhouse location. I got takeout tonight at the Murray location and when I got my dinner home part of it was wrong. I specifically told the waiter I wanted loaded mashed potatoes and not a baked potato, I ended up with the baked potato anyway.

We went there last weekend and had an excellent experience. Josh was our waiter and was very attentive and kept our drinks full. The food was great and was just what you would expect, but the big thing is that the prices have gone down lately vs. a few years ago. Well done on becoming a better value as opposed to so many other chains gouging us with their price increases and using inflation as a convenient excuse. Will be going more often in the future.
5 stars for Karissa! She was a phenomenal server. Really took great care of is amd went above and beyond.

Amazing place . Very busy and good ambiance and very nice servers. The biscuits here r the main attraction for me . They taste phenomenal. Every dish we have tried here has been fresh and tasty. Overall a great place for a seafood meal.

Our server Jonathan was awesome! Very friendly happy and smiling very attentive!He made us feel welcome and comfortable!
We had a big group of around 16 people. We made reservations about 7 hours in advance. I don't know what happened but that was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The food came out cold. Some of it was incomplete. Most of the orders were just wrong. And they forgot to take one of our orders. I love reb lobster but I don't think I will be going back to this location anytime soon.
