The Zwickel was off. Tasted sour. Was told lines were cleaned once a week and they had a sour beer on before? Doesn't give me confidence that they care much about servicing the best possible beer in a high quality manner. Disappointed.

I'm kind of disappointed with the place. If the service wasn't so amazing I would've rated it 1 star. The food tasted like it was microwaved. It was bland and dry. I wish I ate somewhere else. The food was so expensive for what it was worth.

We just left Redrock at Fashion Place and are sad to see how one of our used to be favorite restaurants has slipped. Our server had long hair and was the only server with long hair that didn’t have it secured. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived at 5:45. I watched our server while at a table with other servers who were not busy, pick their teeth with their fingers, rub their face, and run their fingers through their hair. They also spoke very little. I told them my sweet potatoes were not on my salad. They left for a while and came back with them, set them down and left…did not utter a word. My salad was fine once I got the sweet potatoes but nothing like the warm shrimp salad used to be. My husband’s Italian pizza was marginal. So sad to see this slip in food. Our server is like none we have ever had there. They did not talk, were extremely un-attentive and should not serve customers with long hair hanging. Should never pick teeth in public, run fingers through hair, and then go and non-verbally try to serve customers. We are done Redrock.!

How this place has positive reviews lately I have no idea food and service has gone down hill since COVID. 3rd time in a row with bad food I can go to village inn and get better food.

Evertime we go I get the mozzarella sticks and everytime I need to send them back and ask for fresh ones to be made. If you're going to charge $20.00 for 6 mozzarella sticks they should come out amazing everytime. Never have an issue when I get mozzarella sticks at Dennys.

The fish and chips was undercooked and the breading was soggy on the underside.

It seems like the B team is in the kitchen rushing orders out a few min before they're done so they can get to the next one which also doesn't make sense because they weren't busy and the food took close to an hour.

The soda tasted like it came from a opened flat 2 liter and was told that's just how it tastes....

We love coming here but as of late it's overpriced for the food quality and service.

Our server was awesome! While we have attended this location on multiple occasions. I would normally review with a five out of five this time though we left disappointed. Pineapple ginger beer was good but the footloose beer was over citrused. If you like a fruity beer this is for you. Drinks aside we ordered two new York steaks. One was over cooked while the other undercooked. The definition promises good flavor but the steaks were bland and full of fat and tendons. Suggestions would be to change steak distributor and add garlic salt to the butter sauce.

Okay, first off—our waitress was the BEST! I think her name was Maggie? I almost called the restaurant to double check because I just need her to know how amazing her service was. She was friendly, super helpful and patient (we were being so indecisive). Thank you!!

There was a soup special (Italian sausage and fennel) that absolutely blew our minds—SO GOOD. Also, we are 100% coming back for the superfood salad! There was grapefruit, avocado, pistachio and blueberry on top…amazing.

We also got tuna sandwich and the burger. They were just meh in my opinion. They could have used more flavor. I did enjoy the sweet potato fries though!

They don't have good vegitarian options. They used to have an Impossible burger but don't anymore. It's obvious from the other offerings since that no vegitarians were consulted - it's simply gross.

I love this place. It's my mine and my husband's favorite place to eat. The service is always great and of course so is the food. I am pretty disappointed though that they got rid of the stuffed mushroom. That was the best appetizer.

Didn't have to wait long to get in with a party of nine on a Friday night around 6:00 pm. Food is tasty! Service could have been better/more attentive with better communication.
