There wasn't many people inside, store was clean. Service felt like they both wanted to fight my daughter and I. And stared us down as we left. There should be a sign that says "you are entering the arena, be prepared to fight. Their only problem is that I'm willing to oblige.

The lady with Black long hair atiendes me she was very bad attetitude ,she attends you in a Rush. I told her it bother you to work and she replied this is my attetude .and i think that she has to have a good attetude with costumers service.

I’ll I can say is Wow!! They switched the bread in 2 of the sandwiches (ham was white turkey was her) and the 6 cookies came in one blob all smashed together. Time to retrain some employees!! This order was done online and picked up.

1:15pm Labor Day; My 1st time going to this location. The girl raised her voice at me and said, "What kind of bread." I was the only one there. It took a second, and She repeated, "What kind of bread." I asked her for toasted, but she put the tuna fish salad on and put it in the toaster. Yuk, I ate a warmed up tuna salad sandwich! I have never been so mistreated in all my life! I would have been a return customer if otherwise! I can't believe I even left a tip!

I love this location very professional they even wrote what each sandwich was that helps a lot I did an online order this being the second time here they make sure it is me before handing the bags off some places just put it on the shelf were anyone could get it

When I went in there was two employees, one of them was doing sandwiches the other one went into the back because she was on the phone on her airpods and then she came back and started helping putting veggies on the other sandwiches with the other employee and then she started my sandwiches and she couldn't understand half of the stuff I was saying as she was still talking on the phone while trying to do my sandwich she's talking in Spanish on her phone an acted like I was an inconvenience because I needed a sandwich made while she was on a phone call. When she kept asking me to repeat myself I told her maybe if she wasn't on the phone she could understand what I was saying the first time. She then proceeded in Spanish to whoever she was talking to you that she had to go because of a dumb girl in front of her. Which I'm 100% sure she did not know I understand spanish.

If you want your order made correctly dont go here! I ordered online and had my husband pick up our order. When he arrived home with the food I saw that they had put the wrong bread, wrong vegetables, and didn’t toast either of them. I called to ask if they could refund me or make me new sandwiches and they just made me hold for a long time then hung up. I called back twice and they didn’t answer. Horrible customer service!

This is an awesome Subway. The vegetables and sauces have a cover that keeps them fresh and the right temperature. It pops open with a button. Very impressive.

I placed an online order today 4/20/24 and a few minutes after placing the order, I received an email notification that my order had been cancelled and to contact the location for details. I called repeatedly with no one answering the phone. Each call was automatically disconnected after 20 rings on most attempts, sometimes in as little as 1 or 3 rings. After attempting to reach the location at least 6 times, someone answered. I asked why my order was cancelled and the response was uh, um, uh, etc. I asked to speak to someone else and was put on hold which was then disconnected. I have tried to call back repeatedly to no avail -- no one will answer the phone. This is the usual location I go to and have been very satistified with them in the past. Right now I am angry and will probably never return to this location because of this horrible customer service.
