Bought 2 sliders (steak queso) THIS IS A JOKE. Each slider is probably 1-2 oz its literally a joke.

They are becoming more expensive but quality is getting worse. I spent $17 dollars in one burrito one quesadilla and a cinnamon delight of 2 pieces. Not even other sides or s drink. This is not olive garden. The burrito was so small I wondered if they used the right tortilla. And the chicken quesadilla was very disappointing I usually ask for extra chicken but this time it was just a very flat piece of nothing.

Ordered off the app, waited 30 minutes before we drove over when we showed up we had to wait 40 more minutes for them to make our order. We were told that she added some extra bean and rice burritos but when we got home we were missing 2 5$ tacos and a 3$ burrito

This place was very dirty and the bathroom are very disgusting. We walk in and no one greeted any customers. The food was very nasty and the lobby trash was full to the top.

Got up charged for multiple things when I had said no to all of it plus my order was wrong. Pretty disappointed especially for spending more money than what I should have paid for.
I love Taco Bell, decided to try the Chicken nuggets. Never been to this location before. I Can’t believe Someone would let the nuggets I received out of the kitchen. The most dry, hardest, dark brown nuggets I’ve ever had. Couldn’t even bite 2 of the 5 I got. Location is very nice and looks brand new, but I won’t ever come to this one again.

I ordered online and was given the wrong order in the drive-thru. I parked and went inside to get the correct order. The guy running the drive-thru apologized and had the crew remake my order. I was handed my bag, checked it, and was still missing an item. It took forever to get anyone's attention, and when I told them I was still missing something, they acted shocked that I would want and wait for something that I paid for.

First of all when we walked in not one person said hello can I help you they were all standing around a lady in front of us was treated the same way we were all like hello anybody going to help us. Then after standing there one says you have to order on the kiosk what no one helps you anymore you have to order on your own. What happened to Customer service. The tables were all dirty while they sat in the back kid at the drive thru was on his phone so we had to wipe down our own table. Then when we left not one person said thanks for coming in. Would recommend a different taco bell this place don't bother with you
