Check your order! I ordered 2 chalupas with no tomato and no sour cream, got home and they both had sour cream, and the shells were as hard as wood. Not edible at all. No customer service and no care given be the staff.

You’d think with marking no sour cream on every item that they’d at least remember to avoid putting it on a single item, but nope! Sour cream on everything!

The bad thing is that they weren’t even that busy. How are you making such a mess up like that when you aren’t busy?

Super frustrating that this Taco Bell is the only local one to Murray you can order online for. This will be my last visit to this location. Each time I have ordered food here, none of the items I order are full of anything. 90% bitefuls of tortilla. I had a first bad experience a few months ago and Taco Bell asked to correct it. I waited a month or two to return to this location to hopefully correct this, and the portion sizes are even worse than my initial visit. Extremely disappointed in this location for the second and last time. Prices are high, and they still skimp. What a joke.

Why can’t the uber eats order ALWAYS be ready before I arrive? We don’t get paid by the hour to stand here and wait for the food to be made. Uber eats orders should be priority!

I’ve been to this location twice recently, both at about 1am. Incredible service—the employees have been soooo nice! I don’t think I would be that friendly if I had to work in the middle of the night—they are awesome!

There was almost no chicken in my chicken Quesadilla, and a hair was in my sour cream. They also only gave 1/2 a Quesadilla. If i pay for a full quesadilla it is supposed to come with 2 tortillas, this is not honest.
I’m never coming to this location again

I showed up to pick up a mobile order and sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before the “manager” finally said they didn’t have my order. I guess drive thru orders take priority over everyone else, only because those are timed and corporate keeps an eye on that stuff. I said the mobile order was under my mother’s name not mine, I even read off what the order was so I’m not sure how 2 and 2 don’t add up to 4? I had to drive back to my house because I accidentally grabbed the wrong phone and when I got back with the proper phone and therefore the receipt, I asked if there was some sort of discount for my next visit I was told there was nothing that could be done. I’ve managed Taco Bell and currently manage Burger King. There is always something that can be done. It’s really true what they say, customer service no longer exists.

This will be my final visit at this Taco Bell, likely any Taco Bell. It is beyond annoying to be asked 3 questions on upgrading every single item I order. Every single burrito…. Then, when I order the box and ask for steak on the chalupa instead of chicken, they upcharge all of the other items in the box without asking me. Very sneaky. You got my $1.60 upcharge, but lost me as a customer. Was it worth it?

Went through the drive through at 1 am and they were playing bachata music in the kitchen. Straight up vibes! 5 stars!
