The pizza is amazing, but we’ve consistently had issues with takeout. We’ve dined in once and done take out three times since we tried Via 313 in December of 2023. Our issue has been always having to wait 20+ minutes over our expected pick up time for our order to be ready. It’s frustrating to have to wait over the promised time over and over again.
Good pizza! Awesome atmosphere. Music kinda sucks.
