Based on the reviews, Cafe Bistro at Nordstrom is a hidden gem within the Nordstrom store at Fashion Place. The food is always fresh, delicious, and high quality. The menu is fairly small, but every option is worth the price. The salads with roasted chicken or steak are incredible, and the burgers are excellent. The Roasted Chicken & Goat Cheese Panini is highly recommended, with a balsamic glaze that pairs well with the goat cheese. The French Dip is also a great choice, especially with the Kalamata Olive aioli. The truffle fries are not too overpowering, and the garlic aioli is perfectly seasoned. Kids meals are great, with options like roasted chicken with veggies and potatoes, salmon, Mac n cheese, and grilled cheese. The service is always top notch, with kind and understanding waiters. The ambiance is nice, albeit very loud. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the Wasatch mountains from the tables by the window. The prices are a little steep for a bistro, but they back it right up.
