Saddest pizza we ever had, even compared to little Caesar’s, the tomato I was not impressed not ripe at all very gridy. The salad had very little dressing and flavor compared to our first time visiting there way too much quinoa. The waitress with red hair had a hard time with the tip we gave her and was complaining to her co workers. They were out of burgers when we got there. The fries were extremely oily. They need to replace the ripped booth seats and stick to more appetizing music. The waitress pressured us to tip in front of her instead of letting us to go tip. Never dining there again. Was impressed the first time but not the second. Get new waiters, some more professional and less improperly dressed. they ruin the comfortability.

An unexpected disappointment in Nordstrom dining service.We arrived at 6:20 pm. We were told that they would not seat us because the server had been there since 12, was tired, and a large group reservation (8) showed up. Because the server had been there since noon they did not want to stress the server with another table. So we were sent away.It was a strange conversation and disappointing result to an evening and dinner we had been looking forward to. Not what wr had expected from Nordstrom.

If you find me DoorDashing when I can't escape my home/self lol. Nordstrom cafe, is something I frequently eat! I consistently purchase the tomato basil soup and the crostini, the crostini is so good, one it's a carb and two it's a delicious carb and three did you hear me say carb? Lol It's all very well made, I've had the whole grain macaroni and cheese, super good, yes it's off the kids menu, don't judge me, just love me.I have eaten the Cilantro Lime Salad w/salmon, delicious! The Ginger sesame salad also with salmon. The portions aren't huge and it is more moderately priced than it is a cheap find. But, the quality is there and nothing makes you feel overly stuffed or that you ate something tremendously unhealthy. I have never eaten it at the store! I'm trying to steer clear of Nordstrom, it is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye and contains pretty things that I do enjoy to indulge in!The E-Bar where they serve coffee is also great!Really, just a overall great gem.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars but that's only for their food. The waitstaff made us feel like they were appalled that we ordered drinks at the front but had previously ordered take out from there (which i tipped on). We sat with our take out order waiting for our drinks when two different wait staff made us feel stupid or wasting their time for taking a table while we ordered beers (when we also tipped on) it was 1:00 on a Monday.. not even a quarter of the tables were full. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to one of my favorite places due to the staff.

I go to Nordstrom cafe pretty regularly because I love their salads. The food is not cheap but because of the whole experience it has always been worth it to me. Yesterday I went there to meet my friend for her birthday. When I arrived she had already arrived and was sat at a table waiting for me, so I got in line to order our food. I stood in line for about 15 minutes (even though there was only 3 people in front of me). The first person in line had their order taken and then the cashier told the next person that they had to wait 3 minutes to take their order because they were spacing orders for the kitchen. Fast forward to my turn I asked the cashier if she could just take my order so I could go sit with my friend (after 20 minutes) and she said they couldn't do that. I said I didn't mind waiting longer for my food, but again basically "sorry this is how we do it". I asked for the Manager and an Assistant Manager came over who was even less helpful. I asked where the customer service was and she said "sorry!" which basically made me feel even less important.I am seriously disgusted with the customer service- the only saving grace was Pablo who was amazing in making us feel important when I finally got seated to spend time with my friend!I won't go there again - I will go to the one downtown because they have a system that works!Nordstrom - you need to change this system because you have lost a customer and my guess is I won't be the last!!

The food was delicious, my friend ordered the Ravioli and I got the Chicken Gnocchi. Our server Tammi was very attentive, kind and helpful. I would definitely come again and encourage others to do so too.

I have always wanted to try this place! Such a hidden gem in Nordstrom. I absolutely LOVED my gnocchi and want to go back to try more things! I had a delicious Diet Coke and wonderful service. No kid menu but we made it work and enjoyed our lunch break from shopping :)

I came here for the first time for lunch on a Friday. I'd been to Nordstrom ebar before for coffee, but had no idea there are dining options. We arrived shortly after opening and there was a small line that moved pretty quickly. You order before being seated, but it still felt like a more upscale dining experience ambiance. I went with the green goddess salad and added chicken. It includes farro, quinoa, hard cooked egg, organic baby spinach, avocado, pickled red onion, cucumber, turmeric daikon, and herb salad. I loved everything about it, especially the turmeric daikon. The fries were perfect. Very crisp and fresh, well-seasoned and maybe had some lemon on them? The aioli was unique because I'd never had an aioli with kalmata olive in it. It was really great. Service was also friendly. I look forward to having lunch here again.
