When I go here, it is because it is close to work. I like wendys, but if i have the time, I try to avoid this location. They are always nice when I go, but the order is more wrong than it's right. I get the impression that they are always rushing or understaffed.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this restaurant...including the restrooms. Jermaine Williams took our order....his customer service was excellent. Our order was given to us my a very polite young lady. Great experience. Im pretty particular and I really didnt expect it. We were very impressed.

So I'm guessing by the already low score this Location is getting there is a serious problem. 10/10/25 7pm Boyfriend pulled up in line Waited 45 minutes inline Four car in front of him three cars behind. By the time he got to the window all the cars behind him left. It seems that the order taker would take the order, person pulled up to the pickup window and the order taker would only take another order after the person at the pick up left.
