I've been coming to this location because the one on 45th and Highland never gets things right. This one has been having trouble lately, now. I ask for one thing and get something different. I order 3 different drinks and none of them are marked, so I have zero idea which one is diet for the diabetic and which one has sugar. I guess I'll have to go in and watch over their shoulder to make sure my food is right.

Best experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. My food was ready as soon as I arrived at the window and hot and fresh. Fries were perfectly crispy. Service was polite and prompt. I ordered no cheese because of an allergy which is wrong 50% of the time, that percentage goes up to 100% when the food is ready that fast. Until now. Perfect experience.

I'm always fussy when I like to order things. I got the asiagio chicken club sandwich and they made it to my specifications. I asked for the chicken to be cooked fresh. I got a baked potato and it took 6 minutes but it was well worth the wait, it tasted really good and then the manager came around. And ask people how they're enjoying their meal. Good customer service.
