This was my first time eating at Zao and I was very impressed. I wasn't sure what to order so their team gave me a few samples of the meat choices to help me make a decision. The honey sriracha chicken was incredible! Super friendly, and helpful staff and the food was great.

Really good option for relatively healthy fast casual. The prices are very reasonable for a pretty good amount of food. You can’t really go wrong with the bowls - I like to do half rice half noodles with one of the curry sauces and some teriyaki. My only complaint is that they sometimes skimp a little on the broccoli. They have some good vegetarian options too with either a veggie bowl or the tofu is pretty good.

I walked in here for a quick stop before I head back on the road. Jason (one of the workers there) really noticed me and helped me pick my order out. I greatly appreciated how he help me with my order, then after eating asked me how my order was. It was small but memorable experience eating here due to very kind and thoughtful customer service.

I’ll begin by saying that I love Zao and order from the Murray location 1-2 times per week. Today I ordered my usual tofu bowl and got home to realize there was no sauce. I called and spoke to a female and explained that my order was incorrect. She said she could give me the missing sauce and I explained that I’d like a new meal since it would be 45 minutes by the time I return to the store and it would be cold. I also said I would bring the other meal back. She was extremely rude and said “Oh, so you want a free meal?” I explained that I wanted the original meal I paid for and that I have to make two trips to pick up. I wasn’t rude and didn’t raise my voice, just said that I would return for a new meal. When I arrived, I gave a female with long curly hair the bag with the first meal and briefly explained. Without a word she made the new meal and shoved it across the counter. No apology during my phone conversation or wordless interaction at the store. Terrible customer service.
