Usually not too busy, but really needs improvement. On my last visit, I found a white hair in my Turkey sandwich, which was weird because no one working there has white hair. I also got vinegar packets and they were 3 weeks beyond their 'Use By' date.
I usually leave good reviews because I know what it's like working at a restaurant. But the customer service was terrible. I got a scowl and a frown as I walked in. I almost walked away. If Subway doesn't want my business that's ok with me.

I ordered online and when I got there the worker told me that they had run out of the cookie I had ordered. instead of having me choose a different one he made a new batch so that I could still have one. It was super good because it was still warm. I will definitely be coming here when I want subway from now on.
