I ordered online and when I got there the worker told me that they had run out of the cookie I had ordered. instead of having me choose a different one he made a new batch so that I could still have one. It was super good because it was still warm. I will definitely be coming here when I want subway from now on.

I was there for my lunch break and the dude making my sandwich was super nice however his "manager" was being absolutely rude. At the end I asked for salt to wash out my teeth since I had my wisdom teeth removed a little over a week ago and he just made it sound like it was too much to handle and made me feel like less than a human, not a fan.

Usually not too busy, but really needs improvement. On my last visit, I found a white hair in my Turkey sandwich, which was weird because no one working there has white hair. I also got vinegar packets and they were 3 weeks beyond their 'Use By' date.

I usually leave good reviews because I know what it's like working at a restaurant. But the customer service was terrible. I got a scowl and a frown as I walked in. I almost walked away. If Subway doesn't want my business that's ok with me.

Went to Subway in the north Walmart. They seem like they hate their jobs. I got 3 sandwiches, two 6in and 1 footlong. The blonde hair boy working only put 3 pieces of meat on one of the 6in, 4 on the other 6in, and 6 pieces of meat on the foot long. I asked for more meat and he said it would cost me extra. I worked at subway for a long time so knowing that they are supposed to put 6 pieces of meat on the 6in and 12 on the footlong and for the price we pay is really frustrating. He also was really skimpy on the veggies and didn't cut the footlong in half like required. I was the only customer there with 2 staff. I don't know if the kid was new or poorly trained but just the not welcoming attitudes from both staff had alone was enough to remind me why I never go to this subway location. I'm giving it a 2 star because at least store was clean. He keep his gloves on while using register sure hope this gloves were clean new gloves before making my sandwich.

I had such a mixed experience I was served by A kid named will and he was an absolute delight you could say he really was "pushin P" or was quote on quote "the top G" I constantly found myself thinking "wow I didn't know he was chill like that" He also had mad clean dapping skills, but my sandwich was absolutely horrible, the meat was gross and tasted frozen, the bread was stale and the vegetables looked to be a a few days old, so the food was terrible but will was a sick guy who was mad chill fr fr

Worst subway location in cache valley. I got a sandwich, and most of the veggies were gross, the lettuce was wilted, service was awful. They should close this location too for food safety reasons. I've called the local health department about this location. I also got an simply apple juice, but I didn't drink it cause the seal was broken and it was past its expiration date.

Very unprofessional!!! The manager was incredibly rude and childish. Not sure of her name because she has taken off her name tag, but she is blond and looks to be around 25 years old. I work at the Walmart so I go to subway very often, she has not only been very rude and condescending to me but I have witnessed her be rude to many other costomer. I witness her yell at a costomer that was unable to speak English and she told the woman to leave the store because she was unable to understand her. Very unprofessional and I believe that she should be fired

I'm very disappointed. We used to think this was the best subway in town, but this experience changed that for us. No matter what subway we go to in town, all our online orders are incorrect. What is supposed to be convenient is turning into a headache. I asked for no mayonnaise and only certain toppings and received a sandwich drowning in mayonnaise and covered in toppings I didn't ask for. Additionally, our other sandwich had NO cheese and was NOT toasted, even though it was requested to be toasted with cheese. My opinion of subway is really dropping. It seems that the only way to get a good sandwich is to do it in person. I am not sure why subway has a hard time getting online orders right when the receipt shows what was ordered perfectly.
