Nielsen's Frozen Custard North Ogden

Just went here yesterday and glad I did. Diner Burger and Chicken Sandwich were delicious. Fresh made so takes a minute but well worth it. Their custard is also amazing.

We go here like every other week. LOVE IT! The kids working there are SO kind and helpful! They keep it very clean and the atmosphere is super chill diner vibes.
Their drive through is super fast and their frozen custard is the bomb.com!
Their fries are just the right crispy texture and the burgers are HOT AND READY (after a few minutes of cooking)
Everything is awesome when you go to Nielsen's frozen custard north Ogden.

Ordered 4 double burger meals and 4 concretes. For food being made fresh for my order it only took 6 minutes! Food tasted great and the Oreo concrete was even better! Will come back again often.

Used the drive through on a Saturday evening.. it was a mistake.. the fries were way undercooked and soggy , the burger just wasn’t right .. recommend you don’t visit when busy

Update went October 25 2024
Ordered 3 drinks. Took 10 minutes to make 3 simple fountain drinks. No sense of urgency. One of the soda syrups was going out. Heard a employee say that he should check it out later "
We went July 3rd. I understand they just opened but Waited 20+ minutes for 3 one scoop sundaes. One was only half a scoop of ice cream plus they messed up on one.Watched all the employees stand around.

The only thing i don't like is that they always bring out your ice cream 5 to 10 minutes before your food.

My kids wanted fries and Nielsens is right down the street. We got there about 5:45pm we were the first in the drive through line. Ordered 5 things of fries, got our fries at 6:10pm. I know orders are made fresh but this was a long long time to wait. When we got our bag of food there was only 4 things of fries.
My kids loved the fries and the burgers we got. Just sad in the service and that we didn’t get what we ordered.
If you want quick and accurate service might choose another place…

Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns. But be warned we did find pieces of fries chicken in the fries.

Parking: Parking is small and tight. During busy hours might be difficult.

WOW Unbelievably fast service and they where swapped. Have to say one of the best pastrami cheese burger in the area.

WORST food ever! We decided to give Nielsen's a try and it was a costly mistake! We pulled right up to the drive-thru and placed our order of 3 orders of chicken tenders and 2 orders of fries and 3 concretes and it was almost $63! As we pulled up to the window we could see there were several workers and most of them were standing around talking to each other. They handed us the concretes first which was a mistake because the food still had to cook so the concretes started to melt right away. After waiting 15 minutes at the window (and watching the workers continue to chat) they told us to pull forward and they would bring our order out. It took another 10 minutes to get the order and so we handed them back the concrete that was melted in a puddle and asked them to remake it because the food had taken so long. All the people behind us in line had gotten their food and left. No way this order should have taken this long! When we got home (less than 5 minutes) the chicken tenders were almost burnt and really thin and chewy and the fries were cold and soggy and everyone was so disappointed! The concretes were so melted and not that great tasting. We threw most of it away since it was such bad quality. None of us will ever go there again so I would stay away if I were you!
