“I've been getting drinks at the Bountiful location for years now but hadn't been in a while because I cut sugar out of my diet. Tonight I took my daughter in for a special treat. They were busy as always but also fast, efficient and friendly. My daughter got the "Mean Chick" and loved it. I was happy to see several sugar free options and ordered a "Pepperlada" diet and sugar free. I watched as they carefully selected my sugar free syrup. It was so yummy. “Swig is great, however this location and it's drive through is terrible. Often times it's backed up onto the road. Also had a drink that the cup was cracked, realized as we pulled away it was leaking. Went back into the drivethru. Took about 15 minutes to get back, get my replacement drink and a ton of napkins to start cleaning all the sticky in the car. Mistakes happen, but the location/drive thru is one of the worst i've seen for a swig.“

“So bomb! I ordered the Bahama Mama smoothie, which I customized with Splenda instead of the regular sugar. I’m so glad they offer this option because regular sugar would have been too much for me. The smoothie was delicious!

I also got a Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but it was still really good.

My pick-up order was ready when I got there, so I was able to leave quickly. I’ll definitely be back to this place again!“

“This has been my boyfriend's and my favourite boba spot in Utah for the past year! The boba is always incredibly fresh, the atmosphere is super welcoming, and they have fun games to enjoy. The variety of flavors is also great! My favorites are the passionfruit and mango flavored boba.“

“I’m writing this review to give major praise to the gentleman working yesterday. When I pulled up to the window, I could see he looked a bit frazzled. He sincerely apologized for the wait and explained that he was the only one working at the moment. Funny enough, I was the only car in line and barely waited at all.
The interaction was quick, and I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about how my drink would turn out since he seemed rushed. But the moment I took my first sip, I was reminded exactly why I always choose this location. It was hands-down the best Zippy Zen I’ve ever had. I go out of my way to come here because no other location makes it quite like this one and this visit was just another reminder why i will continue to spend my money here.
So thank you to the solo employee holding it down. Even if his day wasn’t going the way he hoped, he still managed to make mine better“

“Hidden gem! I recently tried this place for the first time and had to come back a few days later because I was craving it again. The brown sugar milk tea is great and not too sweet which I like. Do not sleep on the Coffee Slush though!!! I was pleasantly surprised to see them brew fresh espresso to make this drink. The flavor is on point, way better than your typical frappe from Starbucks. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality you get, especially compared to some of the other places around. Really want this place to thrive so I can keep coming back.“
