I ordered pizza last week and my pizza arrived raw! I called and the Manager he was absolutely amazing he credited me a free pizza but when I called to get my pizza there was no record of it so they would not honor it! My fault that I didn't write down the managers name whoops I would not eat here after they robbed me! I hope that 15 dollars was worth a customer that orders quite a bit!!
Well, there is a reason I choose Little Ceasars so often. Better Ingredients Better Pizza but terrible service. I ordered a BBQ chicken, Pepperoni and bacon and a chicken alfredo. The first 2 were right, but I got a spinach alfredo instead of a chicken. That was after being told 35 minutes that actually came out to an hour. I called right back and spoke with the manager.
