Made a mistake on my order and the assistant manager, Kathy, was all over it and helped me out without a big fuss. She's awesome. The food is always good and they are innovative and updating with new stuff often
Have visited this firehouse location a couple of times in the past week and have been very happy with the good and service. The Cajun chicken Sandwich is delicious with the spicy mayo!Employees are friendly and service is quick. There is some nice outdoor seating too.Additional notes: parking on site. We went for dinner recently. I hadn't been to Firehouse subs in awhile since I don't usually crave subs. They did have a spicy Cajun chicken sub that looked yummy though. I love the option of a GF bun. The flavors ended up hitting the spot. The staff was helpful and very relaxed. We chatted with some out of towners who needed help finding the GSL. Not too many diners other than that, but it was fun having a discussion with those who helped the out of Towners with directions.
