This place is delicious! Colleen hooked us up with some horchata samples to start, two different kinds, very good. Immediately I was impressed with the variety of meat options available (10-11?). Tight menu with a daily special, obviously focused on high quality and not a million mediocre options. Food was served fast and fresh. I went with the 4 taco variety platter ($14), took it over to the salad bar, and loaded it up. Colleen recommended the pickled onions, which were great. They also had caramelized onions, length cut jalapeños, and a pineapple habanero salsa I enjoyed. As someone who works in the industry, I appreciated the salad bar was a high end fridge with a tight closing lid, 100% confidence in the cold holding and cleanliness of the food, even when peak summer hits. Restaurant overall was very clean and tidy. Meat was cooked perfectly. I felt like I got a really good bang for my buck. Two cute bay windows that face 25th street for fun people watching while you eat, and some larger tables for groups. Definitely will be back.

One of the best burritos I have ever had in my life, reasonably priced and the customer service is excellent!! I feel like the lady at the front and I just became best friends. Only sad part is they don’t have a location in salt lake.. yet!?!!
