Service was very slow, we only had two sandwiches and two sides, but we were asked to pull up front with no one in front of us or behind us. Sandwiches had soggy bread (were not toasted at all) with very little sauce and super dry. I've worked at Arby's, but I will avoid this one like the plague.

Went here twice this month with coupons that were sent to me in the mail. The first time the lady told me it was rude to have the coupons because their company wasn't making any money. The second time the guy didn't know how to put my coupon in. So then he decided to give me a different free item. When I asked for my receipt he hid it from me inside the bottom of my bag, and when I asked him why he didn't take the money off for the coupon he informed me that he gave me my BUAs mozzarella sticks for free when they were supposed to be two orders. My chicken sandwich was cold and hard and he didn't know what Not carbonated ment and offered me coke. Positive note my crinkle fries were fresh.
Asked for regular roast beef sandwich and got some mutant with sauce and nacho cheese instead. Barf
