Why can't they fix the issue with their drive thru? I gave them the benefit of doubt twice before but there are 4 cars waiting for their food in the parking lot and I've been waiting 20 minutes and only seen one car get their order.

Asked for a bag for my takeout order since I was riding a motorcycle and they rudely said no bags are only for door dash customers, I even offered to pay for the bag and was still refused it. Is the customer not always right anymore? Especially after paying 25 dollars for food you would think a bag worth cents would be no big deal... Rude staff, good food.

minimalism is a trend now days unfortunately and I feel like i wasted hard earned money on some kid trying to make his job easier. Please show a little more integrity in your future customers

Sitting in my car for 20 minutes. Still haven't gotten my food. I'm about to walk in and ask for my money back. It's always this same guy on nights. Finally got home and had no horsey sauce in the bag. I'm done coming to this location at night.

We went today and got gone to find half the food missing. The staff was extremely rude. The food we got was cold. Tried to call the customer service number and got hung up on. Save your money and go to mcdonald's. This place is trash.

They overcharged us and wouldn't listen to us when we told them we didn't order certain things and they still charged us. Also took a long time to get your food no one else was there. I seen people getting very irritated with them for taking forever to get their food. Definitely go to a different location. I definitely will not be back at this location.
Worst service ever! Pulled up and waited a few minutes drive through tonight to get service. Finally said hello …. And someone responded. Order was incorrect and soda tasted like it was not what I ordered like ice tea mixed with something else. When placing order the person was rude and curt on the order.

Kind of a disappointing stop. I paid $14+ for a sandwich and large fries, and I got half of a box with a mix of curly and regular fries. I was unable to take a pic of the sandwich, but the meat matched the fries, about half of a regular portion. 10 minute wait at the drive through. A second star was given because the staff were nice.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and they told me it would be a two minute wait! I pulled up and waited over 20 minutes !!! This makes no sense when I was the only car in the drive thru at the time. Don't say two minutes when you don't mean two minutes. I only agreed to the two minute wait because I was on my lunch break at work. I ended up being super late to work - and that's not okay. If it was going to be longer I wished someone would've came out and said something..not just keep taking orders and pilling up more and more cars in the parking lot waiting for food. I feel bad for the poor girl running orders everywhere outside!
