We have stopped at this store several times recently. WTH??? Do you ever clean the salt out of your fry dump area?? There is always so much salt on the fries you can barely eat them. Tonight??? Well, just let me say, I could have sucked on my salt shaker and gotten less salt. It absolutely ruins a good meal to taste nothing but salt. With so few GOOD Arby's in this area it's really disappointing to have to cross another one off the list. Not happy.

I ordered curly fries and the stuffed crinkle fries under them I couldn't see them so I got half what I wanted and half not! I ordered a French dip they gave it to me without au jus. I Anne l went through the drive through and I wouldn't have to check my bag to make sure it's right!

Why can't they fix the issue with their drive thru? I gave them the benefit of doubt twice before but there are 4 cars waiting for their food in the parking lot and I've been waiting 20 minutes and only seen one car get their order.

Asked for a bag for my takeout order since I was riding a motorcycle and they rudely said no bags are only for door dash customers, I even offered to pay for the bag and was still refused it. Is the customer not always right anymore? Especially after paying 25 dollars for food you would think a bag worth cents would be no big deal... Rude staff, good food.

minimalism is a trend now days unfortunately and I feel like i wasted hard earned money on some kid trying to make his job easier. Please show a little more integrity in your future customers

We went today and got gone to find half the food missing. The staff was extremely rude. The food we got was cold. Tried to call the customer service number and got hung up on. Save your money and go to mcdonald's. This place is trash.
