Service was slow and unorganized. Food quality was below average. They gave only one fry sauce and one ketchup for a large fry and ten mini corn dogs—cheap and lazy. Staff were going in and out of the building, touching things in their car, then handing out food without washing their hands. Ordered a drink that never showed up. Place is clearly poorly managed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Always friendly staff the grandkids love playing at the playground and honestly that gives me and my daughter's 5 minutes so I always love coming here, and the courtesy ice cream cones are a perfect way to end the visit and keeps the kids from throwing a fit about leaving and perfect size for little hands. Honestly the employees need a huge thank you for always being patient with the grandkids and being so nice every time we visit.
The staff here is amazing they wrote us a note saying they were out of bunnies but gave my kids a card for free ice cream they are amazing and the manager is the best thank you!!!

Either drive thru or dine in - I dined, in getting a quick bite during the work day. Just like in the old days. American diner architecture. Clean and bright. Service is quick professional and friendly. I got a Bacon Cheeseburger Meal, Medium. The burger brought me back a few decades and the fries were hot and tasty. The fry dipping sauce was not very memorable, but it wasn't bad. I'll definitely stop in again.

Hi mom loves their strawberry shakes so we took her out and treated her to a meal and it was very good. I can't remember the last time I ate at Arctic circle. But I think we'll be doing it again soon.
