Been here twice and both times the service was impeccable. Actually knew to tell me what was in the bag. Good old fashioned drive-in onion rings. No other fast food fish can even get close to Artic Circle halibut. Amazing. When I'm in Ogden and want fast food I'll be eating here. Kudos to whoever trains the employees.

Dirty tables, dirty bathrooms. They set people meals on the floor in the kitchen. have rotting products in the fridges. Eating while handling customers food picking thier teeth while dealing with customers food don't wash hands properly if at all.

Me and my girlfriend stopped to get a shake and a meal and their speaker quality was horrendous and my girlfriend asked if they had BlackBerry shakes and the lady said what size? We said medium, We then pulled to the window and a male worker confirmed that we got a raspberry shake and we said no we asked if you had BlackBerry shakes and he gave us attitude and was kinda rude. We will not be going back.
Honestly, shakes were never amazing but they were cheap, now you get a mid shake for top dollar

Really frustrated!!! Usually love this location. We sat in the drive through for over 45 min or longer! There was only 1 car in front of us. They should at least let people know how long the wait would be. Service is great just need to be clear and communicate on how long you might have to wait!! I’ve never waited this long in a drive through.

Food is good when you actually get what you ordered. There is a training opportunity for the employees on how to put together an order. Over the last several times my family has visited, our order has been correct once. This location has been chosen out of convenience, but we've decided to go elsewhere from now on.
