I have never had service like I did tonight. She lady rolled her eyes when my daughter asked for lids on our ice creams, turned around through the spoon somewhere and then put a lid on the cups. I have never been here with that bad of customer service

This place sucks! My daughter ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae and they made it completely wrong. When they were asked if it was supposed to have hot fudge on it they started no. The only topping it comes with is whipped cream

If you think you want to order a custom cake from Baskin Robbins, think again and don't do it. The word unimpressed doesn't quite capture my disappointment with the ice cream cake I ordered for my daughter's birthday. Crestfallen or aghast might be better terms. The pictures say it all. And unfortunately I relied on Baskin Robbins, wrongfully assuming they'd come through with a cute cake. It was my own downfall that I essentially got it home before checking it (the girls at the counter were so sweet and in giggles over "how great" the cake was). Ugh. To the drawing board I go to try to fix this in time for the birthday party. Not cool Baskin Robbins. Not cool.

I was told today 07/20/24 that it’s too late for a shake. They stop serving shakes and sundaes after 9:30. I was there 9:38 pm with my kids. Sucks might as well close at 9:30 pm. Bad service. Was it cause I’m Hispanic. Or lazy employees not wanting to clean the blenders. Let me know if this is new policy. Thanks Baskin.

Great ice cream, not some high quality stuff but it is just as good as any other place like haagen dazs. Plus the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great. Clean tables. What else is there to ask of any respectful establishment

Downgrading from five Stars to one.Tonight's experience was unacceptable.Show up 20 minutes before closing today 12/7/23-All the exterior facing open signs are off-All the employees are hanging out in front of the counter with their friends chit-chatting etc- everything I wanted to order cannot be filled tonight because they cleaned the blenders early.- The service I got was absolutely dreadful and the store clerks acted as if I was a burden.- clerks were not wearing gloves and had long hair that was not tied up.-I would understand if I came in 2 minutes before they closed but I was a full 20 minutes before close.It takes me 20+ minutes to drive here from Willard, however after my experience tonight I will plan in the future to drive even further to a different location, or more likely completely different franchise.

Was at the Baskin Robins, at 12th & Washington in Ogden, Utah, on 12 Sep around 6pm and just wanted to give a quick shout out to the young girl who was working there. I wasn’t able to get her name because she had to help another customer but she was just amazing, so friendly and helpful!!

We came in to get a float with Diet Coke in it. We tasted it and it was expired by two years, we went back, got another Diet Coke and was still expired . They didn’t even know soda expires…
7/29/2023 I took my family to Baskin Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy by the time we came. About 3-4 families arrived at the same time. Which I know it’s best ice cream in town. Well I ask for a shake and the gal (I will not say her name she seemed new, I ask questions her answers were not sure as her response was I don’t know instead of asking for a supervisor or saying let me find out for you that was annoying) said their blenders are not working. And I had just seen someone with a shake there. I had a feeling she said that cause there was so many of us waiting and it does take longer to do a shake then just serving ice cream. But we were all patient. Well the upsetting part was 7/30/2023 the blenders were working I seen thru the window they had just used the blender. I am assuming they bought some new ones ? Yeah sure…right ..??they were the same ones so I did not walk in as I was afraid they would tell me again the blenders are broken or not working. Very upsetting. Wish they had a baskin in north Ogden with better service.
