Downgrading from five Stars to one.Tonight's experience was unacceptable.Show up 20 minutes before closing today 12/7/23-All the exterior facing open signs are off-All the employees are hanging out in front of the counter with their friends chit-chatting etc- everything I wanted to order cannot be filled tonight because they cleaned the blenders early.- The service I got was absolutely dreadful and the store clerks acted as if I was a burden.- clerks were not wearing gloves and had long hair that was not tied up.-I would understand if I came in 2 minutes before they closed but I was a full 20 minutes before close.It takes me 20+ minutes to drive here from Willard, however after my experience tonight I will plan in the future to drive even further to a different location, or more likely completely different franchise.

We came in to get a float with Diet Coke in it. We tasted it and it was expired by two years, we went back, got another Diet Coke and was still expired . They didn’t even know soda expires…

7/29/2023 I took my family to Baskin Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy by the time we came. About 3-4 families arrived at the same time. Which I know it’s best ice cream in town. Well I ask for a shake and the gal (I will not say her name she seemed new, I ask questions her answers were not sure as her response was I don’t know instead of asking for a supervisor or saying let me find out for you that was annoying) said their blenders are not working. And I had just seen someone with a shake there. I had a feeling she said that cause there was so many of us waiting and it does take longer to do a shake then just serving ice cream. But we were all patient. Well the upsetting part was 7/30/2023 the blenders were working I seen thru the window they had just used the blender. I am assuming they bought some new ones ? Yeah sure…right ..??they were the same ones so I did not walk in as I was afraid they would tell me again the blenders are broken or not working. Very upsetting. Wish they had a baskin in north Ogden with better service.

I went in tonight for a late night craving just to get turn way with bad customer service, never have I encounter bad customer experience coming to this location…. Talia needs better customer service… hopefully this can be addressed for future customer service….# Teaching moment.

We went in thinking this place had a lot flavors to order, but to our surprise every flavor we ask for they we were out. And we went in there thinking we could get the love potion flavor, NOPE! They didn’t have it, even though there was a sign up for months saying it was back. The guy behind the counter was rude and said “I was about to go take that down”. Hmmm ok. And no one wears gloves in this place, they touch the cones, touch sundae stuff, touch everything and then go handle dirty money and then take another order touch the ice cream etc. We probably won’t be going back any time soon.

Went into order a banana split at 9:15 and the girl working front counter said she counted make it cause she already put the knife for the bananas in the dishwasher. It’s that hard to grab a new knife and wash a bit of a banana off of it? Don’t have on your website that you close at 10 if you’re closing before then. Won’t be returning. Farrs just earned a new customer.
Just went in today and neither girls were wearing gloves. Got a milkshake and before I could say anything this girl scoops out the ice cream, the outside of her hand touching the ice cream. I drank maybe a few sips and I immediately had to go to the restroom. The people behind us getting banana splits, the girl making them also wasn’t wearing gloves.I get it’s ice cream and it’s not that serious. What is serious is people’s health and you need to be wearing gloves. Period. Also seeing tons of no glove reviews. Do better. ?

I absolutely love this Baskin-Robbins all the staff are as sweet as possible all their products really fresh and they made me be absolute best shape plus they're waffle towns are to die for definitely go check it out

The Store & employees were great...the Ice Cream used to be my Favorite Brand.I ordered an Ice Cream Cake with Baseball Nut.I had a hard time finding any pieces & ribbon that it used to be LOADED with every other time.I WILL NOT BE BACK & Failed Dunkin Dognuts said I would be Contacted by the store. CRICKETS!I make better Ice Cream than they do, next time I'll make my own.
