This location is a disappointment to the franchise name! From the Service to atmosphere- zero stars! ? Cheapest new store opening I’ve seen. Feels sterile. Seriously visit any other location not in Ogden to see and feel the difference in atmosphere and service. The ice cream gets a five stars ?

i am in town visiting family and stopped by this location last night, the 21st. it was super busy, but the two people working the counter were so friendly and efficient! i tried beach day in a waffle cone - sooo good!
to the person who wrote the review about the lack of restroom, they obviously have one, but it is not public. and the sink to wash their hands is literally in view of the service counter.

I stopped by a week ago and got a malt. A short while later, I got sick. It lasted the rest of the day. The place was sticky, all ice cream cases were wide open, 2 girls working. They were leaning up against a counter talking when I came in. They were very pleasant and got my order quickly. I'm afraid management needs to get in there and do some serious cleaning and set some rules about food handling. I won't be back to that store. IDK what happened to it, it used to be nice, but it's a bit of a dump now.

So good! Using the app was amazing, I had the birthday scoops for my twins and a free scoop for myself! Worth it to get the app if you haven't! The girl who helped us was so friendly and nice. Thank you for a good experience

Went in with my 6 year old to get treats after we had been moving all day, I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. Apparently they don't have a restroom..
I asked the girl at the counter if I could just wash my hands in a sink or something and she declined.
So we left, A really disappointing experience for us both.
...I wonder how the staff washes their hands?
We went to Ivan's, it was amazing I highly recommend, much better menu, and service as well.
Now I have a happy 6 year old ☺️

This location didn’t offer a military discount which was very disappointing and the worker didn’t know how to use our online coupon from the BR app, so we had to try and figure out on our own. Otherwise the ice cream was good.

Did you know you can get 2 pre-packed Quarts for $11.99? Now you do. The Cookie Monster flavor is now my all time favorite and this place is open on Sunday in Utah.
