I love this place but orders have been off the last few times even after I confirm before payment. I know new people require patience which is why I keep coming back. You can do it!!!

Went today for the first time in a long time and won't be going back. I avoided soul city coffee for the fact that there were no prices posted and was shocked to see that beans and brews is now doing this. I was not happy with the price of the small iced mocha once I got to the window and was even more dissatisfied when there was not the option to NOT tip when using my card.
Stopped to grab a warm drink for me and my little. I hadn’t ever been to B&B and I thought the barista was really great at helping me figure out what I wanted. Very quick service at the drive thru as well!! Yummy peppermint mocha americano for me and a kids temp hot cocoa for my girl. I’m as happy as her face is!!
I look forward to going to beans every morning! The staff is so nice and the drinks are so yummy ? I love my caramel ciello!

" We treat our customers like family" Yeah, right!! Thats a joke! We both walked in to get a cold brew right after church with a service dog just to be yelled at, refusing our entry into Beans and Brews on Harrison and 40th St.Ogden, Utah for having a licensed registered service dog with a registered number on the dog! Plus his service dog label. Your short, dark headed lady said we could'nt even enter with him! Do you know that it is against the law to prohibit your licensed sevice dog to enter anywhere you go! We are going to pursue this further and are calling the license Division about this. She was nasty and rude and would not let us speak, just shot us both down on explainig this! She did'nt even ask us for his license to serve! Instead asked want he did, that is not anyones business but ours and is against the hippa law! Tgere was no one in the building and we will never come back. Besides every large frozen Mocha drink I get is'nt even frozen anymore but melted and nasty tasting every time I order it. Your place sinks!

I was at this Beans and Brew yesterday and had the weirdest experience. After a nice interaction with the girl behind the counter, I went to sit down and discovered a piece of brownie or chocolate cake on the floor covered in ants. I told one girl behind the counter about it, but she was “on break” and got the other girl, who said “oh, lovely”. And then proceeded for the next 20 or so minutes to do nothing about it. The place was basically empty and maybe one car came through the drive through in that time. It takes 5 minutes to clean this up but apparently they’re fine with ants. Gross.

Came here for breakfast today and it started out great but just went downhill from there, our order in the drive thru was wrong, took 15 minutes and when I tried to talk to the employee about our wrong items as they handed me the last item they weren’t even looking at me when the service window opened, they were talking to someone inside and just stuck their hand out the window, after I grabbed the item I tried to get their attention again by talking louder and they just closed the window and walked away. Probably won’t be returning. Update: we went to Starbucks and the order was correct and also cheaper.
Came here around 10 and got a light breakfast for hubby and I. WILL NOT BE RETURNING! They got my husbands food wrong and when we went to ask for sugar we were flat out ignored! A taller skinny man came to the drive through window and without looking at us just shoved the food at my husband. And walked away even though we were trying to get his attention. My husband used to work food service and we both work customer service so we know it can be hard. BUT THAT WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE FOR NO REASON! 1/5 stars grounds is 10 times better and will be going there from now on very sad and upset by this experience :(EDIT: my coffee was like drinking hot bitter milk and when I tasted my husband’s it tasted like dirty slush. Absolutely disgusting coffee!

Usually, quite content with this location. This morning, put in order on their app well in advance of arrival. When I walked in 10 minutes later, nobody at the counter but three employees all in back having what sounded like a nice social gathering. When they did come around, the order had not even been started, along with several other tickets that were sitting on the counter. Gentleman employee mumbled something about the order just coming in and how that happens sometimes and some other nonsense about Doordash. We'll, this wasn't a Doordash order and the order clearly didn't just come in since the ticket was laying on the counter, nowhere near the printer. This in itself wasn't enough to cause the bad review, but because they were then making excuses and rushing the order, it didn't get made correctly. The additional ingredients I paid extra for were clearly omitted. Instead, I was provided a diluted cup of hot water. Piece of advice. Customers hate excuses, especially made-up ones. Just humbly apologize and make it up with honesty and a good product. Fail today, maybe next time.

Quinn and Wilbur are most definitely my favorite workers here, their service is always quick and efficient. I happily get a delicious coffee every time I see them. What a great team!! ? Without a doubt, this location is the best!

Why on gods earth are there no prices posted ?Employees said it was the owners choice and it’s so stupid . I don’t support Starbucks but I’llGo there because they actually post their pricing . Went in today only because I got a gift card that I have to use and it took so long to have prices told to me ! Is this a new kind of shady thing to charge what you feel like that day ?This is no way to run a business and it’s very annoying . Also the girl who made my drink slapped it down and it had liquid all over the cup, guess she was upset that I held the line upGetting pricing !How are you still in business?

My partner drove us through the drive thru so I could treat us with a gift card. When he pulled through at night, it was so dark that I could barely read the menu (I'm glad I looked before we left to attempt to check the gift card as well). When I ordered a blended frappe, she asked for whipped cream, to which I said yes. My partner ordered one of the sparkling energy drinks. After an awkward interaction (as though we were inconveniencing her), we got our drinks, mine with no whipped cream and his with too strong of flavoring. When he at least discovered the no whipped cream, he wanted to make a scene, to which I told him it's not worth it. If I had read the reviews sooner, I wouldn't have stopped him. It seems like the same issues happen in the drive thru and nothing gets fixed and that's very frustrating to realize.
