They definitely need somebody that knows how to make this place more comfortable on the inside with the arrangement of everything the service is usually pretty good here it's hit and miss once in a while you'll get somebody that is really rude or doesn't like their job we always find out it's usually the same two people so we try to avoid them, other than that we just get our stuff and get out

I think the owner of this franchise needs to come take a look at his store. The chairs are ripped. The floor is dirty. The help is less than helpful. Sad to see it go downhill used to be our go to place.

Just tried to go to drive thru and the workers didn’t take my order at the screen, then they made eye contact with me at the window and didn’t take my order thru the window. Pretended I wasn’t there I guess? Really annoying. Long hair hipster looking boy and girl, bad for business.

For my first time being at this location, it was a very good experience. Plenty of parking, clean facility and clean seating area and very friendly customer service.

I came here through drive thru to get a bacon, egg and croissant sandwich and the three churros with Carmel sauce. The crossiant was slightly burnt and made the croissant overall crunchy which was ok but not the best. Then the churros, not even 10 minutes go by and they were already starting to get hard, I don’t know if it’s because these churros were pre-fried then reheated or what but if I were you I’d skip the churros and 2 out of the 3 had barely any cinnamon sugar on them. Overall the customer service in the window was friendly and fast.

Service and iced Mrs Bs was great - however Beans and Brews really needs to get better plastic cups. The ones they are using especially the large ones are cheap. Every time you go to pick it up the sides cave in and you feel like it’s going to drop out of your hands OR the drink is going to spill everywhere. Not convenient no matter where you are at!

I stopped by this location to get some work done. The baristas were super friendly and my drink was ready in no time. Also, the location was peaceful and perfect for knocking out some work and having a quick meeting with a colleague.

I love Beans and Brews, this has been my favorite coffee place for years, and I was lucky enough to get a job here! Wonderful coworkers and great products/service, I can say I’m very happy!

Great hot chocolate! Friendly people!

It’s irritating not knowing the price until I get to the window. I will not be tipping until I’m told my price before I get to the window.

Truthfully the best part of my mornings. Staff is always super friendly and the coffee is always great!
