The baked goods are yummy to eat. The downside is they don't stock their goods consistently and they may not have what you want, no matter the time of the day. I have tried to order ahead but they do not take small orders, but will gladly take your order if you order larger amounts. Parking is not always available. Be prepared to feel like you are walking into the backroom kitchen area of their business. Sometimes it feels welcoming, sometimes not. I like to buy local so I am happy to give them my business once in awhile.

Wowsers. Their chcolate chip cookies are So. Freaking. Beautiful!!! They're crispy on the outside and moist in the middle and the Redmond salt makes them so good!!!! The salted pretzel. People, you just got to try it yourself. It's so so so so so buttery and flakyish and so tasty. Mmmmmmmmmmm

So I've never actually been in the bakery, but had some hand pies during an event we were volunteering for. They were amazing and so we did try to stop in on a Monday and they were closed. Definitely worth trying to go back in and try more of the creations, as I've heard nothing but good reviews.

We had them make a birthday cake for us. The cake was delicious! It was a yellow cake with chocolate frosting. It was just the right amount of sweet. Not overly sweet like many cakes. But just right. It should be noted that they don't really decorate cakes. So if you're looking for something that is fancy you should look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a great cake this is your place in Ogden.

Trying to find a killer bakery for company events is challenging in the greater Ogden area. This was easily solved by Brookey Bakes! Easy to order (text), easy to pay remotely (texted link to pay online), they even helped with my selections and helped carry them out to may car! We LOVED the family ran business (and doing the same ourselves) I appreciate the dedication, heart, and soul they put into their work. Clean, very welcoming, and homey. The hand pies and cake pops were a huge hit for our Christmas Party! Thank you!

So kid-friendly! They had coloring pages and crayons and my toddler is begging to go back. It was so nice to stop there for an errand and feel so relaxed as a mom with little kids. Great addition to Ogden!

As a mom, I take note of which businesses are more welcoming than others to small children. Brookey Bakery has always been a wonderful place to take my two year old daughter. The employees are engaging, friendly and tell me not to worry about the crumbs cascading down from my toddler’s chair. Overall, I would highly recommend this bakery for it’s customer service, delicious baked goods (they don’t depend too heavily on fat for their flavor profiles) and cleanliness. Check out their floors and counters the next time you go in. It’s a health inspector’s fantasy.

All of their goodies are AMAZING! I especially love the jimmiedoodles and hand pies and my son says they make the BEST chocolate chip cookie. Nicole is so friendly, patient, and helpful. Even my 10 yr-old was impressed with the great service here. (I feel like it has to be pretty special for a kid to notice.)
