Everyone was friendly, when me and my family came for lunch, another employee asked if I need help as the other employee stepped away to ask a question from their manager, the food was fresh and hot, like the music that they were playing too 😄

The service I receiced wad eccellent, and the testrsint wsd very clesn, even the restrooms. My dissppointment was the food. I had prety much stopped going to McDonalds amd Wendy's because the burger got sller and more expensive. I continues going to Burger King because they dod not make their burgers smaller. I was suprised to see my Whopper was now the Wopper Jr size. Because of this, there is no reason to make it a point to only go to Burger King. I can go anywhere to get a smaller burger.

Staff was rude. My family was ignored multiple times. Customer service was horrible. No thanks or hi. Ordered 2x 8 pc chicken fries and 1x 6pc kids meal 2x larrge fries. only to be told they only give out 1 sauce per 8pc chicken fries and 6 pc kids meal. A total of 3 sauce for all of our food. Now I know why there rateing is 3.3 with an empty lobby at lunch time.

The store is full of a bunch of employees that aren't working. And not only myself, but many other people were waiting over a half an hour for their food, and then when I do get my food, it wasn't just a simple mistake, they literally made me a regular beef burger when it was supposed to be an impossible. Luckily, I don't have a meat allergy, but if I did, this would be a really big issue. Sucks to wait so long, get home and and everyone gets to eat their dinner except for you.
It took 20 minutes to get one meal. That's wild! Go anywhere else. I'm glad during the time I waited I was able to convince several people to not even order and just leave.

You know I don't live too far from this place and I never go there and then the one time I do they can't even do my order right which is the reason why I probably don't go there went there tonight ordered two bacon melts onion ring and tater tots with cheese unfortunately there's no bacon on my sandwiches nothing pisses me off more than you can't even make a simple order don't charge me for stuff and then screw me over on my sandwich let me ask you a question how hard is it to take a food order I mean really get it together I won't be coming back I don't go to places that can't even freaking read make a simple sandwich for crying out loud I gave you a chance and you screwed me so I'm done I will advise other people to avoid this place if I come to your restaurant one time and you can't even make a darn sandwich correctly then you lose my business I'll be spreading the word hire people that can freaking do the job right
