I would have 0 stars if I could. Everytime I go to the Burger King on 2nd Street my order is always messed up. 4 times in a row now.

My wife came there ordered breakfast two sandwiches one of them without egg she has food allergies the person expediting the food tried to send the sandwich back to the Cook to remove her egg when she has a food allergy it upset her scared her so bad she got upset and the lady threw her hand up to her face and said if she had a problem she could leave the store this is not okay something serious could have happened to her and then disregarding the request of no egg on her sandwich by just taking it off is unacceptable

When I went in there they had music playing so loud they couldn't hear anyone. I had to repeat myself several times because the person talking my order wouldn't stop texting and instead of getting my food he went outside. This burger king is one of they worst ones I ever been to. Don't ever ever go there.

Do you remember the meatnormous? Every single Burger King I have ever tried has told me know that they won't even try to make anything like it but this Burger King they help me figure out and what to ask for to come up with something that is extremely close and we're very kind about the whole thing and even had me double-check that what they had made was what in fact I was wanting before I left. I felt very well taken care of. By the way it's a fully loaded on a chicken sandwich bun. Thank you Burger King it's been years since I've had this sandwich it is delicious

They said they were short staffed. Go to the front they said. Three female employees out front vaping….Still waiting 15 minutes later and not another customer in sight. I had to go in to get my food. They did give me a pie.

When she asked for my order i said I want a double Whopper with cheese and bacon large onion rings and a mango lemonade. She said is that all just the burger. If she was paying attention instead of talking to coworkers, I wouldn't have to repeat the order. Then when I get back to work to eat no bacon on it even though it said on the board.

The service I receiced wad eccellent, and the testrsint wsd very clesn, even the restrooms. My dissppointment was the food. I had prety much stopped going to McDonalds amd Wendy's because the burger got sller and more expensive. I continues going to Burger King because they dod not make their burgers smaller. I was suprised to see my Whopper was now the Wopper Jr size. Because of this, there is no reason to make it a point to only go to Burger King. I can go anywhere to get a smaller burger.
