They made our order wrong twice. The district manager Mark was unprofessional and called us liars. Their other manager said " I can't even right now, they want their money back! (To another co worker in the back ground after we called and the order was wrong again)". You are better off driving to another burger king. Mark was a whiney baby, and both managers were a joke to deal with. Zero customer service skills from this establishment.
Ate here this evening with my wife and daughter. We ordered the 5 for $4 specials. The burger and chicken sandwich were very stale and the chicken nuggets were at least several hours old, tough to bite into. They were also out of the cookies that go with the special. Not a good experience. Easy to see why the only others in the restaurant appeared to be homeless guys, they were sleeping in the booths.
After waiting 15 minutes watching the drive through workers and crew members in the lobby playing as I wait for my order the give me day old chicken patty!! I won’t be going to anymore bk around here they all mess up but this is beyond nasty 🤢 when I called to tell em about it they laughed so nah bye bk
