Food is ALWAYS cold, melts are always not toasted unlike other locations. Hire people that know what they are doing because this is nasty and the food tastes better when the cheese is actually melted and the burgers are cooked right.

I had ordered using the kiosks. They told me that the two things that I ordered they didn’t have even though it wasn’t advertised That they were out on the kiosk. They offered me two other items, that I had to wait 15 minutes for, and they gave my sandwich to another person that had to hand it to me. No offense to the staff, but It seemed like nobody knew what was going on while they were making my order. They gave me another sandwich on top of the other sandwich that the other person had to give me.

They forgot my cheese on my Whopper so I called and got an answering machine thats full!! Sorry thumbs down
My husband and I went there at like 9 at night and ordered 2 of the $7 bundles. I ordered 1 of each sandwich and my husband ordered a fry and 2 chicken sandwiches and a small onion ring. Our fries were old and had been sitting for a while, We didn’t get all our food ordered and all because the people inside were too busy jaw jacking to read a simple order, put it all together in a bag and hand it to someone. I tried calling to speak with someone and it doesn’t even ring, just a voicemail that has no room for more messages. They don’t close till midnight so why is their phone not working at 930? We will no longer be going to this Burger King due to terrible service and old food being served that the public should never receive every time we go there. Kids do not need to manage kids, unfortunately your night shift (after school hours employees) need an adult to hold their hands through their shift. This is unacceptable customer service in every way and some of the food that gets handed to customers may cause a lawsuit someday.
Absolutely horrid food, like i wouldnt feed it to the racoons!! Tried to call (after trying to deal with Uber eats via instacart) and they don't take phone calls, and their voicemail box is full.

This location apparently does breakfast until 11:30 on Sundays though there are no signs that state that and their lunch menu is displayed at 10:30 like all other locations. Once you order lunch but are unable to get it, it takes 15 minutes to get a manager to come around in order to get a refund. And once they do come when I asked why their were no signs stating it was still breakfast and why the menu was showing lunch items, their response was " Do you want your refund or not".

I had the original chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. Love this sandwich. It's always good to know that no matter what town I'm in, I can go to Burger King and get a good meal.
