Been standing here for 27 minutes since ordering and they've only filled one order so far. There are several customers waiting for their food. That's just inside. Absolutely worst service.

I was overcharged three dollars. I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal and a 4 piece cheesy tater tots. It came to almost $10.00. not only that, but they forgot my cheesy tater tots and I had to wait for them to go get them. When I got them, they were extremely dried out inside. Cheeseburger was missing pickles and ketchup. Didn't notice until after I drove away that I had been overcharged.

The last few times I've gone here, they've gotten my order wrong. I always do drive thru and by the time I get to my destination I look in the bag my order is wrong. And they never give me a receipt. No wonder.

This location is instructed to NOT give sauces NOT give napkins NOT give receipts unless explicitly asked, but since you order with a kiosk you must ask after your order is placed on the counter as ready…. And if you want to leave feedback? You’ll need a receipt, which they try not to give you. I’ve come in often enough to see it’s on purpose. Because yeah, I ordered hashbrown bites but don’t want any dipping sauce? Way to go, chain store with no nearby competitors…. Skip this one and go an extra block. Not to mention that “cheese” has always been a BK up-sell. Have it your way! *at an extra cost

Exactly what you expect but they ALWAYS get my order right
The new brisket whopper sucks, only gave service three stars cause there is three employees, dinning rooms a mess only because other people just left their garbage on the table, came here cause 20th and walls store sucks and now im not coming to the one on Harrison, 86ing burger king from my roster…sorry not sorry..22$ on some bs
