About a year ago, a friend of mine officially declared the whopper to be delicious while inside of a Burger King establishment. I didn’t realize at the time how monumental that moment would become. I always knew that Burger King was great because of their signature charbroil and all, but it wasn’t until today that I realized that Burger King is in fact, King. I now firmly believe that Burger King stands alone at the top of the fast food industry.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced this morning. I have no Idea what happened to this woman that was helping the drive thru but she needs to be seriously reprimanded or fired for a very poor attitude and terrible customer service. First off I could barely hear her over the intercom ordering. Then she messed up my food order, I ordered the 2 for $5, two Bacon egg and cheese croissants, and I received one croissant and one biscuit both being sausage egg and cheese. Honestly the food order is what it is but I will never go back to this establishment again. Burger King you really shouldn't tolerate this type of customer service. You should be ashamed.

Came in at 9:30, tried locking us out even though they were supposed to be closed at 10 pm. Gave us attitude for taking 2 minutes to make a burger. Had we come in 5 minutes before closing, it would’ve been understandable. Not half an hour. No wonder those guys work at a Burger King.

I've never had a particularly bad experience at a Burger King, and this is no different. BK food is always just a tad but disappointing, and this restauarant sometimes gets overcrowded or understaffed.Parking: I would definitely recommend just parking and going inside if you have the time and energy to spare. Much faster than the drive-thru.

I order a whopper with a small frie in the drive through. I was charged for a whooper and a small frie. I received a crispy chicken wrap instead of what I ordered.

I ordered online through the app and was planning to use a free Whopper coupon that I had gotten on the app. I went through thed drive through, and made it to the window. The lady at the window was kind, but they said that the Whopper was not on the order, and they almost forgot a drink (that I would've left without if it wasn't for my daughter) and I asked about the Whopper, too. Overall pretty okay service, and the food wasn't too bad.

I asked multiple times if they had got my order right because it didn’t seem so, so after verifying the lady working drive thru rolled her she’s saying yes it’s right. And the order was completely wrong

This is usually the best for a fry fly by. They were hot but not seasoned this time. I was on my way back home on a Friday afternoon with a sick one at home and couldn't be bothered with cooking. Family meal coupon with 2 whoppers and 3 cheeseburgers with 3 medium fries for under $20 was just what the Doctor ordered. The fries can be moistened, seasoned and popped in the air fryer to reheat for a quick fry fix. No harm, no foul.
