â 1 Star â Absolutely Disappointing Experience
We ordered from Burly Burger through DoorDash, and unfortunately, it was a total disaster. I specifically requested no cheese and no ranch on my burger, but both were slathered on anyway. Both mine and my boyfriendâs burgers were severely undercookedâweâre talking soggy, bleeding, and falling apart to the point the buns completely disintegrated. It was inedible.
We also got the chicken strips hoping theyâd be a safe bet, but they were completely blandâno seasoning, no flavor, just a waste of calories.
I contacted DoorDash for a refund and even submitted photos, but they claimed my issue didnât qualify. Thatâs $60 down the drain for food that honestly shouldnât have been sent out at all.
Never again. Not even remotely worth the price or the hassle. Major letdown.
