Food gets 5 stars HOWEVER, tonight when I was there there was a young man (don’t know his name because he didn’t have a name tag) and he was giving the nicest girl (I think her name tag said Gabby) such a hard time and to be completely honest, he was so rude and disrespectful to her for absolutely zero reason. Watching an employee act that way so negatively towards his coworkers was just really upsetting ):

The food is always delicious and fresh. The employees are so nice and helpful. The music does make it a little hard to carry on a conversation. But I love everything else.

I tried calling the restaurant on 2 separate occasions leaving my name and number both times in an attempt to resolve this issue with them directly. They have not gotten back to me. Last week I ate at Zupas and within a few hours had horrific food poisoning. Without getting into too much detail it was apparent it was the food from Zupas. I also saw multiple other people on Facebook the next day having the same issue from this location. Will not be eating there again
The mobile order that was made was 30 minutes late. Horrible service.

Unwashed disgusting hands! Inconsiderate and rude kids running the kitchen at dinner time!
The worker in charge of giving out the orders, Reid or something similar, spent so long talking with his coworkers that our food went cold, and all we ordered were two soup cups. The family in front of us had to wait over 20 minutes to get their food, which Reid mixed up with another group's order. By the time we got our food it was ice cold and not worth the trip. When Reid packed our order he took his gloves off and packed our bread and strawberries bare-handed with unwashed hands. Disgusting! I would NEVER recommend ANYONE eat there and my wife and I will not be returning.

I usually love this location, and I work close. I ordered my to-go order 15 minutes early to make sure it was complete for my lunch break. I get there and they didn't have it done by 3:15 and the employees didn't even know what I was talking about. I had to wait 10 minutes of my lunch to have them make it. I'm really frustrated and I didn't even get my drink i ordered with it. I honestly won't be ordering here for a while. They need to get their ducks in a row.

Came in on 2/4 around 8:10, a lot of the soups were empty and when they switched the soups out the employee Kayla had used all the dirty spoons with collected soup from all day instead of switching them out, and served it to us that way. Not sure where the manager was at this time, but their supervision seemed to be lacking at this time.

They messed up my order three times, it wasn't even complicated it was a kids grilled cheese. Forgot multiple things we ordered after that, and the staff seemed super unprofessional and realy disappointed due to us having gone here before and I've never seen it like this

I am disappointed in this location. People of the community have reported that several Brown employees were terminated due to “lack of work,” only for the store to be restaffed shortly after with a significantly younger, white staff. That explanation does not align with what followed, and it raises concerns about fairness and discrimination.
Since these staffing changes, standards have clearly declined. Cleanliness has suffered, service is slower and disorganized, and there are repeated complaints of pickup orders being delayed or completely “lost.”
The poor staffing decisions and noticeable drop in quality is hard to ignore. Businesses should be doing better. Especially ones that rely so heavily on diverse communities for their success. Management needs to take accountability and address these issues immediately. Until this error is addressed and corrected, I will not be supporting this location.

I’m disappointed with changes I’ve personally observed at this location. Several Hispanic/ African American employees who had been working here were let go and told there was no work available. About a week later, new employees were hired. This raised serious concerns for me.
Since then, the restaurant has also appeared disorganized and significantly less clean than before. The overall environment no longer feels well managed, which makes me uncomfortable as a customer.
I hope management and corporate leadership take a closer look at what’s happening at this location.

Get a take out food prep line. Frustrating to have 8 take out orders being done in front of you waiting.
Also, the new breadsticks are horrible, bring the rolls back.

This place is awesome. Delicious food and fast service. They tend to get swamped at lunchtime, so if that bugs you, try to get it earlier 😊

I came in about 15 mins ago which was about 7:55, very slow one person in front of me and no one behind me. There was an abundance of staff so when I only wanted a soup and the person in front of me was ordering a huge slow order its the move to just skip me past her but they just started fiddling with the tubs of food, cleaning, and putting together almost joking the order of this ladies food. After watchin this for 15ish mins I had to just walk out cuz a had a hospital to get back to. Almost 10 for a cup of soup not worth that crazy service. Boo on the night of Jan 5th staff 2026...boooo. pissed wanted my soup. I shall remember this day.
