The worst I've ever had from a Carl's jr. The fries were cold and stale. The burger was chewy. The bun was old and hard. Maybe that's what you get when you use coupons?

Stopped in at around 10:30 p.m. The manager was the nicest guy and upon going inside the restaurant to order takeout the food got to me almost faster than those in the drive-thru. This place rocks!

The morning cook Eric is the best always makes my order how I like it and is always so kind along with the other staff and managers. We love coming here and Eric adores my kids and makes sure my kids have a good time with amazing food . Will keep coming back thank you morning staff we appreciate all you do and for making good food.

Large drink? No it’s small at this point when you’re filling it almost to the top with ice. Drank it before I could finish my food. (3) piece tenders were small! $6.49 for a 3 piece tenders that are smaller than your middle finger is ridiculous. I will not be eating here again. Bleh. Fries were the only thing that actually tasted good. I’m not hating on Carl’s Jr. maybe i just came to wrong location. Not every location is the same with quality.

Ended up leaving because even though their menu said one price they were going to charge more, before tax. We mentioned that we wanted something and the employee didn't know what we were talking about. They don't know their own menu.
Vegetarian options: Food is pretty consistent throughout the chain. Coupons and their reward points are a big draw. The only "beef" is that sometimes special online coupons come across through the rewards app and are only offers (i.e. Birthday coupon) and don't work or points mysteriously disappear and come back. Friendliness is hit or miss but such is hospitality and retail.
