Stopped in at around 10:30 p.m. The manager was the nicest guy and upon going inside the restaurant to order takeout the food got to me almost faster than those in the drive-thru. This place rocks!

The morning cook Eric is the best always makes my order how I like it and is always so kind along with the other staff and managers. We love coming here and Eric adores my kids and makes sure my kids have a good time with amazing food . I usually do breakfast, did a dine in for supper last night 3/21. Burger was good, when did you change your fries? Not a big fan, customer service was awesome, the young man who took our order even came out to ask us hows everything? you don't see that in fast food much. O ya nice and clean in the dining area ,

Large drink? No it’s small at this point when you’re filling it almost to the top with ice. Drank it before I could finish my food. (3) piece tenders were small! $6.49 for a 3 piece tenders that are smaller than your middle finger is ridiculous. I will not be eating here again. Bleh. Fries were the only thing that actually tasted good. I’m not hating on Carl’s Jr. maybe i just came to wrong location. Not every location is the same with quality.

Ended up leaving because even though their menu said one price they were going to charge more, before tax. We mentioned that we wanted something and the employee didn't know what we were talking about. They don't know their own menu.
Vegetarian options: Food is pretty consistent throughout the chain. Coupons and their reward points are a big draw. The only "beef" is that sometimes special online coupons come across through the rewards app and are only offers (i.e. Birthday coupon) and don't work or points mysteriously disappear and come back. Friendliness is hit or miss but such is hospitality and retail.

I don’t understand how this company puts a person in the position of being a manager if this store when he has no manners doesn’t know the meaning of good Customer service. He was rude and defensive when all I did was an ask a question about an explanation of my purchase since they don’t bother giving you receipts there. This is the kind of people you put in charge of the store who represent you poorly. No wonder the store reviews are a 3 and can see from the comments he’s notorious for being rude. Do better. Be kind nasty attitudes get you no where in life

Just going to put this out there because we need to think about the people that are on break going through the drive through and only have limited time to eat. Put an order limit for people going through. At least at lunch time. Please, I barely had time to eat today because some lady in the drive through with a Volkswagen decided to order $50 dollars worth while a whole line of people waited behind her. Food for thought.
