Paid 30$ for 2 5 piece chicken strip meals. Husband got home and realized they only gave him one things of fries, one thing of chicken, no cookies, and two drinks. We live 30 minutes away so can’t exactly go back:(
Every time I have gone to this location something is either messed up or missing from my order and when I go in it doesn't look the same anymore it seems rundown more every time

I ordered it through their app and waited about five-ish minutes before heading to the restaurant when I got there I waited another five minutes because there was car in front of me which I didn’t mind But when I receive my burger, the lettuce was discolored and the burger was so cold. I got rid of it right away I used to work at This company and don’t understand how that managed to happen

Waited in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes. Just to see some of the workers dancing and playing around in the lobby. Insane lack of community service. If you wanna feed your family before the nights over this is NOT the place to go to.

I have ordered the breakfast burger from this location on 4 occasions and they are consistently out of eggs only at this location, yet I am still charged the same price for less ingredients. This is unacceptable if all of the advertised ingredients are not available then give a discount!

Just sat in live line at the drive thru for 30 minutes because only two people are working on a Wednesday afternoon. Off you can’t properly staff your location… close for the day!!

Love how they say they open at 6 and you show up and just get ignored! I saw the employees in there and they would just ignore me. Even came back later and still got the same treatment! I'll never come back. I'd rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Clinton.

The owner is the definitive of a modern Scrooge. Limited support with an overwhelming rush of patrons tonight. The restaurant this Christmas is one of few places open. The employees are working their tales off with smiles as people pour in and wait in line for their food. The crew is awesome to watch.

Just went there today on Christmas! We ordered food they told us to park and wait for our order there was a line of cars people where getting there food fast. We waited for alimony 20 min or more for our food I went in to check to see if it was done and no it wasn’t even done I was very frustrated… one of the workers finally came out and gave us the food but forgot our drinks.. so we had to go back in and get our drinks.
It was so frustrating that they said they forgot….
Food was good, a bit expensive ($27 for 2 combo meals).. But what fast food isn't right now. But the lobby thermostat must have been set to 100 degrees. We tried to sit down and eat, but it was so hot in there we had to leave. Service was good, and fast. Just way too hot to actually stay in the lobby.

Missing part of order, grilled chicken overcooked/blackened. Spent 60 dollars on food that didn’t feed my family. I could have went many other places and got way more food and with better quality. I tried to call to resolve missing food, no answer and it’s too far out of my way to go back for this evening. I’m a busy mom that will put our money elsewhere.

If could give 0 stars I would. I went to this location tonight. I had a long day had a screaming 2 year old and had a long shopping trip. I sat forever in line. When I got up to the intercom it took a long time for Mary to finally come on. She seemed short with me. The food took a little long too I'm guessing she was the only one working. She kind of gave me a sarcastic smile handing my food off to me. The kind that puts the thought into your head is something up with my order.
I get home and both my dad's burger and mine were both bland and disgusting. Something was missing. Dad said it tasted like a veggie burger. I opened it up and the only condiment was very runny white stuff . I'm assuming it was mayo. So it was not even what we ordered . My 2 year olds cheeseburger looked over cooked and she didn't touch it. Mary may have been the only one working but that's no excuse to intentionally be lazy on people's meals especially a child's. I'm out $30 and didn't even end up eating it neither did my child.
