It's always the same experience when I come to Carls Jr. Fantastic. Alma always has excellent service with a smile on her face, no matter how long her work day is. She always treats me wonderfully, and the food is super fresh, warm, and delicious. I love it. 😍

Went in at 6:20am, they greeted me in the drive through then ignored me so I assumed something was going on and I went inside. Walk up and manager says they are closed, systems are down with no reason why or when it would be open. If you can't get things open at 6am then don't list that as the open time :(

I’ve gone multiple times in the morning assuming it is going to be open because opening hour says it opens at 6:00am and when I get there at 6:20-6:40 they are still freaking closed. Once I can understand but at least 4 times I’ve gone in the morning it’s closed(in weekdays).

I went to Carl's Jr for a soda beverage and a place to sit down and enjoy the evening. The weather outside was beautiful. I sat down at the outside seating area before going in. Then inside the place. The Cherry Coke Was good, the Orange soda was not mixed well more on the soda water side however I'm not the kind of person that just dumps it out, I drank it down enough to add regular Coke A Cola soda. The Air conditioning in the dining area works very well, I don't add ice to my soda beverage. The lady that is working there made me feel special and very welcome. She gave me First Class Service. She made me feel special.
Next time I will take a jacket or sweater in there with me even during the Hot Summer Months. I will definitely be returning to this location as I frequent this area.

It seems like anytime I go to this location, it takes a total of 10-15 mins at the drive thru (that's just waiting at the window). However, today was the most annoying trip as they forgot a large side item as part of the combo meal. It was also obvious the chicken tenders were frozen because they were fried but still soggy.
Me and my buddy went to this carls he on April 21st 2025. We were thinking of were to eat and we ended up here cause we remembered it was good. But now I understand why I haven’t been there for 5 years. Me and my buddy went have never threw up from a burger before. The burger straight up tasted like a dirty grill and the taste literally burned out nostrils it was so bad and the Dr Pepper was watered down. We went to applebees across the street after just to have a good meal and get the disgusting taste out of our mouth. Would not recommend

Paid 30$ for 2 5 piece chicken strip meals. Husband got home and realized they only gave him one things of fries, one thing of chicken, no cookies, and two drinks. We live 30 minutes away so can’t exactly go back:(
