“We ate at Charley’s Hill AFB on 1/6/24. I want to give Michael a HUGE shoutout! He is what customer service is all about! First he offered to make some fresh brewed icetea (apparently not made on Saturday) and then he made sure our meal and fries were exactly how we wanted them. He was friendly and kind. His co-worker, Jane, needs to take some lessons on customer service. She scolded him in front of customers about making and wasting tea & said he couldn’t make it for one person. However others in line then said they wanted icetea also. Luckily Michael still made it for several of us. She then told him he was talking too loud and she couldn’t hear to take orders from other customers. It is noted that the noise from the fan above the grill is loud and we personally did not think he was overly loud. He cooked our food to perfection, made fresh fries and even offered to give us a little mayo/ketchup for fry sauce if we wanted. Please give him praise and let Jane know that kindness goes a long way!“
