Be my stepdad and fiancé have all never had chipotle before & I’ve always heard good things about it & was very excited. Everything all tasted like one thing And had no individual flavors of anything, It Was absolutely unedible. And the worst part of the whole thing was all three of us got absolutely sick with upset stomachs. It was very disappointing, especially with it being all of our first time . We will never return again sadly. My stepdad got the honey chicken bowl. I got a regular chicken bowl and my fiancé got a honey chicken and steak burrito . I only took about six bites of my food and couldn’t eat any anymore of it. My stepdad ate about eight bites of his food before he couldn’t do it anymore because it all blended together also and just the same flavors so really didn’t couldn’t taste anything And then my fiancé’s burrito was absolutely so spicy That made it just not good. And the hype about how big their burritos are that absolutely showed that that was never true because that burrito was nothing. It was like half the size of a battle burrito.. we will not return!

One of the worst locations I've seen. If corp actually looks at their franchise, they need to do some secret shopping at this terrible location and shut it down.

Go somewhere else. Go to the Riverdale location if you can. 2 burritos that i ordered had about 85% rice 14% beans and 1% meat. I've seen more meat in a taquito from the frozen section than both burritos combined. You know the overly priced restaurants that serve you a pepperoni slice worth of meat. Take that same meat and distribute it throughout a burrito. Pathetic.

It’s like they’re working for free, it’s like they’re paying for your food, it’s like they’re being overworked. This is the second and last time ever that I’ll be at this location. The one location in Riverdale is way better.

I don’t eat out regularly but I wanted to use my BOGO coupon so I went yesterday with the expectation of getting something really special (I haven’t been to Chipotle since about 15 years ago) based on its popularity. I ordered one chicken and one carne . What it appears I got was a rice burrito with a splat of beans, veggies and meat. I hoped for a nice balance and for them to be warm but got neither of these. I had to unwrap it to zap it in the microwave. I still have the carne to eat later today and I’ll update if it’s any better than the chicken one. If no update, then it means it was disappointing. I’ll add that the chicken was okay, maybe a little dry though.

Ordered a burrito bowl, shorted me on the rice, beans. I asked for more rice, he added a sprinkle, and apparently I was charged for it. I’ve come to this location a handful of times, and never had this issue. Usually bowl is filled to the brim, this time barely half full. Ripped off..
