**Safety Violation Found!!!** My ice cream arrived last night from DoorDash, and I was enjoying it today. This fake fingernail was in my ice cream. However, I did not notice or find it until it was in my mouth, and the additional pearl that was glued onto the nail. I had the pleasure of digging out the pearl that was stuck to one of my back molars. This is absolutely appalling. What I find to be the foulest part of this is that the employee lost her fingernail, and instead of deciding to remake my ice cream due to not knowing where it may have gone, they thought it was acceptable to box it up and send it with my delivery driver. I called the store today and requested to speak with the manager on duty. I expect a call back tomorrow.

Best cold Stone location ever! Besides the cool location in downtown Ogden, The place was very clean, the staff was very kind. There was no stinky Fabulosa floor cleaner being used which happens to flavor the “fresh” cones in most of the other locations. And of course, the ice cream and mixes are amazing! I always go for the sweet cream with banana, caramel and double yellow cake! Thanks for having all of your advertise items in stock. Thanks for having fresh cake, cones, and a clean store and an inviting staff.

We celebrated GiGi's 60th birthday this weekend and ordered a Tall Dark and Delicious Signature Cake. It was flavorful and staff was so friendly + cheerful. By far best place to go for ice cream cakes!

My family and I stopped for ice cream and we had such a great experience. The staff was so friendly and the ice cream was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

The ice cream was good as always, but everything else was really bad 4 people were behind the counter, but at any given time on 1-2 were actually working, the other were looking bored and leaning on the counter behind them. There a line out the door which took at least 20-30 minutes to get through. Just as we were starting to order a group of 6 people who seemed to know the girl working pushed through the door to the front of the line, the girl just shrugged at us and took the groups order. When it was Time to pay, the girl didn't seem to know how to operate the register. We love cold stone, but will most likely drive a bit further to get better service

We ordered a cake for mine and my husband's birthday which tasted phenomenal but I really wish they would teach them how to spell and or write on a cake because I know I could have done a better job for the price of the cake I think there's still left the writing off other than other ice cream is amazing.

Absolute awful service from the general manager and the owner. They messed up my birthday cake and refused to take responsibility or do anything to compensate for it. My husband came into the store and showed a picture of the Neapolitan cake that is displayed on THEIR website to the person making the cake order and he was told okay it will be done and ready on time. Well we get the cake and are distributing it at my birthday party when low and behold the cake is not right. We put the rest of the cake in the freezer and called the next day to be told by the manager “they don’t actually serve that cake anymore and they are not sure what happened and could give us 20% off of our next order.” we tell them not acceptable I want the cake I ordered or they can have the remainder of the cake and I will take a refund. He says “I’m going to talk to the owner and I will call you back.” That doesn’t happen, so after the third time of calling and talking with the GM and owner they say, we can bring the cake in and they will give us a refund for the remainder of the cake because they shouldn’t have to lose out on profit on this. The story had changed every single time we talked to them from my husband didn’t order the cake correctly and the order sheet is right in front of them and it says yellow cake (which they fill out the customer does not), my husband says absolutely not I came in and showed a picture to the worker and a manager I would love a copy of that order sheet to which they then respond, well uh we would have to find it.. should be easy isn’t it in front of you? To someone got confused and used a pre made cake. Obviously no one there knows what’s going on, not the owner or the GM. Never once was I offered the cake that I actually ordered or compensation for the ridiculous situation of having to call multiple times, the audacity of them saying they shouldn’t have to lose out on money because we already served the cake. Of course I did, it was a birthday cake for a party, would you have liked me to snag the cake back from my guests and shove it back in the box because you can’t follow directions for a cake you advertise? The worst customer service I have ever dealt with, worst store on 25th st. Here’s pictures of the mess of a cake I got and what I should have gotten instead. (: missing several layers in there bud. A year later and they never did anything to fix this, other than try to gaslight my husband and myself. Still have not spent another dime at this joke of an establishment. I don’t advise anyone to go here for anything.
Omg I love Cold Stone icecream! Sweet cream icecream with strawberries and raspberries is my favorite!

Went to get ice cream, thought it would be a nice change from our usual spot. There was 3 workers behind the counter and none of them greeted us as we walked in, none asked if we had questions or help with the menu. They helped the two guests in front then when we stood there for about 2 minutes before they even acknowledged us. Then had a bleh attitude the whole time. After we got our ice cream they were on their phones and disappeared to the back. Customer service goes a long ways most people go back to places because of that. Ice cream was good customer service poor and because of that I will Not return to this location

The ice cream was great but the service was horrible but having customer service skills goes a long ways. Please teach your employees not all minorities are bad people.
