Went to get ice cream, thought it would be a nice change from our usual spot. There was 3 workers behind the counter and none of them greeted us as we walked in, none asked if we had questions or help with the menu. They helped the two guests in front then when we stood there for about 2 minutes before they even acknowledged us. Then had a bleh attitude the whole time. After we got our ice cream they were on their phones and disappeared to the back. Customer service goes a long ways most people go back to places because of that. Ice cream was good customer service poor and because of that I will Not return to this location

My husband and I stopped here on a weekday afternoon. There were maybe two other customers the entire time we were there, yet the staff spent their downtime chatting and looking at their phones instead of cleaning. We couldn’t sit at the counter at the window, because every single chair had a mess of melted ice cream and crumbs on the counter in front of it, along with most tables. All that mess hadn’t been touched by the time we left, so I went to let the staff know that the surfaces were dirty and needed attention. They gave me blank, bewildered looks and then kind of muttered “ooookay….” It was sad to see these teenage employees who either have no training in customer service, or just don’t care when the manager isn’t around. I hope they get trained better, or maybe reprimanded, before the business really suffers.

So I just visited this location and I always get an apple because I love rocky mountain chocolate factory! but today i was very disappointed when i ordered my avalanche apple and was on the way home and opened my apple to find it VERY rotten in the middle. Like super rotten. I am not quite sure how the young lady cut the apple and didn't see how rotten it was. Anyways it sucked at least my mom got her ice cream!

Ok we just left and the curly haired girl about 5 9 slammed our purchase down like Gordon Ramsey slams his fists into a plate of food that wasn't made properly (no name tag) Then we waited an extra 5 minutes AT LEAST, asking for a bag to take our food home in and eventually a nice young man helped us. I'm a an owner of a successful bar locally and if a bartender slammed a glass down like she did with our desserts( & hefty tip ) She would be in an extended vacation.
Tried the banana split for $8 probably the worst possible banana split that could be made. Green unripe bananas maybe a couple drops of hot fudge the best part was probably the nuts. A truly disgraceful attempt at a banana split. Just take it off the menu if you don't want to even try.

The place is pretty dirty, granted we did get there close to closing, the lady that helped us was very sweet and quick, one of the coworkers didn’t have their hair pulled back which was a little gross. Half worth the price

Myself and a few of my friends were just ordering ice cream at this location around 2:15 on April 13th. I took a couple bites of my ice cream and decided I did not want it (just didn’t taste right). The employee took my cup to the manager and he instructed her to put it back in the container. I’m completely disgusted by how unhygienic that was and will never come here again.
