My daughter has severe celiac and thought that going to cold stone was out of the question because of cross contamination…..they were SOOOOO accommodating and so aware of how to avoid cross contamination! They got new utensils and got her ice cream from the back from an unused container! They also n put toppings on hers from the back! They didn’t act put out and were happy to help! We will definitely come back!

Great ice cream place downtown that is open late and on Sundays! It’s obviously a local fav, there was a line to the door—and I was amazed how fast the line went.
Choose your ice cream and any mix-ins and they’ll mix it right there for you to enjoy.
Lots of frozen cakes too, to go (skip the line and go to the register), caramel apples, Rocky Mountain chocolates, and so much more.

During my visit to Ogden, Utah, I decided to stop and enjoy a classic creamery I have gone to for years. This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a Cold Stone Creamery. When I entered the premise, I was greeted by a wonderful ice cream maker named Oaklee. Ice cream maker Oaklee was extremely patient as I decided in my order and even gave me tips on my next time visiting a Cold Stone Creamery to ensure my order it correct. Ice cream maker Oaklee was extremely knowledgeable able and even added more ice cream when she realized that the initial scoop was less than normal. Ice cream maker Oaklee is a master at her craft and with the friendly attitude towards the customers and coworkers awarded her and her colleagues an appreciable tip added to the end of the order. Thank you Ice cream maker Oaklee for the wonderful experience here in Ogden.

**Safety Violation Found!!!** My ice cream arrived last night from DoorDash, and I was enjoying it today. This fake fingernail was in my ice cream. However, I did not notice or find it until it was in my mouth, and the additional pearl that was glued onto the nail. I had the pleasure of digging out the pearl that was stuck to one of my back molars. This is absolutely appalling. What I find to be the foulest part of this is that the employee lost her fingernail, and instead of deciding to remake my ice cream due to not knowing where it may have gone, they thought it was acceptable to box it up and send it with my delivery driver. I called the store today and requested to speak with the manager on duty. I expect a call back tomorrow.

Best cold Stone location ever! Besides the cool location in downtown Ogden, The place was very clean, the staff was very kind. There was no stinky Fabulosa floor cleaner being used which happens to flavor the “fresh” cones in most of the other locations. And of course, the ice cream and mixes are amazing! I always go for the sweet cream with banana, caramel and double yellow cake! Thanks for having all of your advertise items in stock. Thanks for having fresh cake, cones, and a clean store and an inviting staff.
