We are looking for the Lofthouse cookie outlet store. It brought us here and it is the factory plant where they make the cookies. You cannot buy cookies here.

I have been waiting six hours to be loaded. Showed up on time for the appointment. Sat across the street for 1.5 hours in dock 12 another 4.5 and they still aren’t done. The facility is nice the yard a bonus but the service is lacking. They aren’t worth the work to me.this is for the shipping department not a store.

Picked someone up with no problem
Had a pick up for a drop n hook set for 2100. Showed up @ 10:30 and they put me in a door with the trailer I brought. Took a few to get the product ready to load, but I’m not complaining. The ladies in the office were very nice. Park across from the shipping office. Not on street. They will not check you in if your on the street. Overall 5 stars. Oh and you get a container of cookies. And they have a clean restroom.
Fast loading got some free cookies also ???
the broker will give you the wrong address go right then first left and the office is down the street on the left

Nice place and people are friendly! Shipping office on the s 600 w right side corner (tree house and loft house are same company) and receiving office on the Weaver St right side corner!
They where great. In and out in less than 45 min.People there are very friendly. They have overnight parking across the street from the shipping docks.
Bad place to deliver this is my 4 time hereand they never unload me less than 2 hours always 3. 3.5 . 4 they dont care about driver time
I'm a truck driver here waiting to load...they have cookies in the shipping office for whoever wants them.....man I ate almost the entire box....delicious...
Worst place to unload at for truck drivers they don't care about our time or schedule make sure to expect 4or 5 hour delay just because they can
