As I was waiting for my daughter to finish dance upstairs. I decided to grab some food. Ordered a quesadilla and refried beans. Got my food. The tortilla was burnt, hardly any meat or cheese in the quesadilla and the beans were cold. I spent almost 15 bucks and couldn't eat all of it. Very disappointed cause I love this place. Might have to start going to Cafe Rio from now on

We had a problem last night with our delivery order where only 1/2 or food showed up. Mistakes obviously happen in business. It was great that Barry stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He exceeded what we expected, and it’s great that some businesses still take pride in customer service.

I’ve had a few bad experiences here, especially when it comes to portion size. Costa has become the new Chipotle when it comes to portion. However today, I got my kids a chicken salad because they enjoy the chicken. My sons are 3 and 4. They complained that the food was spicy. I tried the salad it WAS really spicy. I hope Costa Vida starts listening to customers feedback because it seems nothing is ever done.

I'm not satisfied at all with the portion size I got 2 steak salads and seriously each salad had about 5 pieces of steak. I asked for extra protein and I felt very over charged. I wasn't very pleased with the cashiers attitude. He didn't handed me the tray with my food from their tray stack. Where the attendant place if from the food bar. I had to ask him to handed to me . I honestly wouldnt recommend this place.

Like many other reviewers the portion size is not enough. .My sweet pork burrito had maybe 1-1.5 oz of meat. The only reason I didn't reject the meal was because my kids wanted to go. But, this will be the last time we patronize this restaurant. Additionally, they left an untrained employee at the register and though he apologized he overcharged me. They were able to fix it but I made it deliberate I just wanted water or a water cup.

Ordered a sweet pork burrito and seriously the amount of meat they are putting on is a joke, and really anything for that matter, I asked for some more beans because she barely put any on and I got charged extra…the reason I didn’t ask for more meat because I would be charged even though there was barely any in the first place…I was hesitant about coming here because I usually choose cafe rio over this but there is no cafe rio around and I am just up in Ogden for the day. Well I should have followed through with my hesitation…$12 for basically a black bean burrito.

The first time here and the last visit was very disappointing. The food was horrible and cold. We had to ask for it to be reheated twice. We ordered enchiladas, and the cheese inside was not even melted. The soup was even worse; it seemed like they didn't keep the food warm. They just ran it into a pizza oven for a couple of seconds, not enough to heat the food completely. I wish I had read the reviews before I stopped by.
