Service struggles here. Very slow, the employees didn’t seem like they were in a rush. They swapped out an item to restock it but the bin went directly over my food and was dripping the warming water from underneath on my meal. Pretty gross and disappointed overall. This location needs some assistance

The Riverdale Costa Vida goes above and beyond to provide a great and comfortable experience for their customers. They're always smiling, are patient with your questions, allow you to sample items when deciding what you like, do a great job accommodating largegroups without any notice. The food is fresh, delicious, and ate generous with their portions. What I love most about the Costa Vida in Riverdale is their continued support to the community! They have helped me feed my daughter's high school basketball team on a very tight budget! They have donated hundreds of fresh tortillas to an end of year LIA Banquet for BHS, T.H. Bell, and South. They continue to give T.H. Bell Free Meal Certificates/Cards to reward students and teachers. They also have helped donate and deliver food to T.H. Bell to help students support Hispanic Heritage Month!

This is literally the best costa vida around! Stopped by at 8:30 on 8/9 and everyone working this shift was so nice and awesome !! They made our food right and had a good attitude the whole time. Costa Vida is the best !!

The employees were great. The parking deserves under three stars. Zero handicap parking near the building. The curbs are not friendly for the handicap and non-handicapped If I need to bring someone in with a wheelchair, I'm going to go to the back wheels and that's not wise. The doors are as useless as well. Trying to get someone in who is in a wheelchair is also a problem.

I was very impressed with the service here, especially with Alen. He was very helpful and I appreciated how patient and nice he was to us. The food was also great!

We picked up dinner for the family and couldn't be happier. Our order was ready, didn't have to wait at all. The food was still hot when we got home. Great experience, would recommend this location to anyone.
