I ordered the most expensive box dinner. The one with the Dell double cheeseburger bean and cheese burrito and snack taco fries with a drink. I requested the cheeseburger to have no tomato, no onion, no burger sauce. Add ketchup and the bean and cheese burrito to have no red sauce. Add sour cream and instead I got on the cheeseburger. I got onions, tomato burger sauce, no ketchup. The bean and cheese burrito had bread sauce. No sour cream and I had to eat the cheeseburger without the bottom bun because of the burger sauce which upsets my stomach and that's why I avoid it. The only good thing was my drink was a strawberry Sprite and I got the really cool straw which is usually seen with shakes or boba teas. Outside of that, very disappointing that my order was not followed accordingly and even when I go into the app to review the receipt it says that there was an error cannot retrieve receipt but it shows me that I ordered and paid over 12 bucks almost $13 for this. And yes I did send feedback to corporate

I’ve been coming to this place for years, and usually have had really great customer service. Pretty sure I was thrown off by the customer service I experienced tonight. I clearly made an order of all tacos through the drive thru. My order was off and I got some burritos instead. Really not a big deal, mistakes happen. I came in to give them the right order in case the people behind me got the wrong bag. (Is what I assumed). When I talked to who I believe was the manager who took my order. Not sure, I let him know I’m ok to just keep it, just wanted to make sure someone didn’t get the wrong thing, and catch it in time. His response; “It just hurts that people don’t speak up in the drive thru” Based off the 10+ years I’ve been through that drive thru, not one person messed my order. Maybe it’s because they confirmed back what I ordered to make sure they had it right the first time. The mistake of how it happened does not matter. It’s ok Bro if you’re having a bad day, and I know personally mistakes happen in the food industry, but remember to keep your customer skills friendly and not defensive. A simple, “we can fix it, no problem” is the better answer, or “Thank-you” Rather than blame it on the customer. Thank-you to the other coworkers who insisted on fixing it. I hope your attitude doesn’t hurt you the most. This is a great place overall, would hate others to experience a similar ick

The food is good. I like their basic hard shell tacos and can eat 100 of them! Today they forgot my funnel cake fries and I was really looking forward to them. That’s 2 dollars I’ll never get back :(
