Made an order at 5:11. It said it was delivered at 5:46 but I never got a knock on the door or anything. Had to call back to the store 3 different times over the course of two hours. Only for them to finally say they can cancel my order. What a joke don't bother

Our food took over a hour and I live up the street. A three minute drive. And they took two hours to deliver my food. Once we got it it was cold, wrong and crushed. They promised a refund and never followed through. Tried to reorder tonight and I was told if I ordered before 1:00 I’d still get my food. They just cancelled my order.

They will always charge you for the sauce but never deliver it... And won't refund you for it either, even if it's just for the sauce when you pay cash...? Or send the driver back out after being tipped.. If I didn't work this type of industry I wouldn't of done a review but this happens almost Everytime with no improvement! 🫤 At least the driver lady was nice 👍

I ordered 2 pizzas on the app and an hour later the driver called and said she couldn’t deliver and that she would take the pizzas back to the store and we would get a call about a refund. I never got a call so I tried to call the store and waited for someone to pick up for 40 mins. Still no refund 🫡

They got 1 of our 3 pizzas totally wrong. We called the store twice to talk to the manager and we were hung up on both times. The 2nd time the guys said he was the GM. They refused to fix the problem. Their service has gone downhill and they have no idea how to deal with any issues that keep happening. Our driver looked nervous when she arrived and apologized for our order being late. Don't order from here!

I had ordered from this store a few times before. The pizza was always good. It came in a timely manner, but on 07/12/25 I ordered 2 large pizzas with extra cheese, yellow peppers on both and jalapeño peppers on just one At 9:30 PM. I tip very well. It was costly. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my pizzas to me. I received my pizzas at 11:15. I called 3 times to see where the pizzas were they kept telling me they’re in the oven. I called the last time and to them have my pizzas been in for 30 minutes? I was sick of getting that answer. They were only 4 minutes away from where I lived. The pizza did come hot. But missing banana peppers on one of them. I know I was charged for something I didn’t get. The crust was like a cracker crust , it was poorly done. I have always been happy with Dominos, but this last time was the worst of everything. Next time I will go and get it myself to see how busy they are then decide if I will order from them again. I was very disappointed.

I’m honestly done ordering from here for a while after the experience I had tonight, I ordered 1 regular simple pepperoni pizza and 1 side of cinnamon twists on DoorDash, I was waiting over one hour for it to be delivered, I contacted DoorDash support to get an update or help with my order as it was getting late and I have work early in the am, they told me I had to contact the store since (yes they go through DoorDash but they still have domino’s drivers delivering the food) I tried 3-4 times and was put on hold every time, even the DoorDash support agent tried to call, finally a man picked up he sounded like he was extremely not present in the situation, I explained what DoorDash told me and how I’ve been waiting over an hour now, he then was extremely short with me, he kept cutting me off telling me I had to go through DoorDash as I already explained they told me I had to contact dominos due to it not being fully delivered yet, he then told me the driver was heading out and would be at my location within 10-15 minutes I expressed my concerns for the quality of my food at that point and if it would still be fresh and warm, he seemed to be frustrated with that and again told me to go through DoorDash after I got the order. while I was in the contact support chat with a DoorDash agent trying to figure out the situation, not even 5 minutes later I got a text telling me my order was canceled. luckily DoorDash apologized for everything and gave me a full refund+ a credit, because ultimately it really wasn’t DoorDash’s fault this time and they still choose to refund me my whole amount. After reading a few recent reviews it does look like this is definitely a reoccurring problem here and that’s very sad, I hope it can be fixed soon so I can enjoy dominos again :)

I just watched a video on Facebook of your driver Randy calling his wife to threaten a female outside your store. For you to keep him employed is just insane and wrong. I will never buy from you or another Domino's again. It is pathetic that you let that type of violent behavior happen and do nothing about it. And your assistant manager doesn't seem to want to do thier job. Bad look on you Domino's.
