Took an hour and a half to deliver. Watched the delivery driver step on our pizza on our ring doorbell (sad crushed pizza photos as proof) After that the delivery driver didn't leave property for 10 minutes. They looked into my cars windows and wandered around property until I came out and confronted them. Don't order from them if you want to feel safe in your home.

i can see you guys are having a rough day based on all the other terrible reviews from the last few hours. i have the same complaints as others: my pizzas are cut like absolute garbage. one slice is literally half of the pizza. dunno why management is allowing this lazy behavior, especially over the course of several hours.

To start, I used to be a gm of a major pizza chain so I do under how things work. Tonight I decided to order pizza because I have had this huge migraine and didn’t want to do anything. My order was a couple minutes late, no big deal I get it. I had specifically put on my order please just leave at door, be silent thinking they would leave it and go.. nope. That’s against policy. I have to meet the driver at the door. If I didn’t have such reactive dogs who bark, it wouldn’t be an issue. Then the driver didn’t bring my sauces and told me I had to call the store. So I did. I called the store and spoke to Collin, he apologized and said his driver would bring them back. SWEET? NOPE! Called at the 50 min mark and stated that I have been waiting almost an hour, now if I had ranch at home for my wings it wouldn’t be an issue. Collin then told me the driver delivered them and when I tried to say no one has been to my door or called me, he kept interrupting me. I stated that I used to my a gm of a pizza place so I don’t understand why it’s taken an hour when I live 3 mins away. He goes on to tell me he doesn’t know. He is the only one there but doesn’t know what happened. I asked if he had a tracking system in the store to see where his driver is and he said yes but it’s not live. After almost being belittled I told him ok. Can I please just get my sauces and please have the driver call when they get here. 10 mins later the driver shows up and bangs on my door almost police style with the wrong sauce. Just now worth the hassle. Collin can’t take responsibility of mistakes that were made. To add I asked for no crust seasoning, got that and my pizza was so mid cut it’s not even funny.

We waited over 2 hours for our pizza and wings n garlic bread bites. The manager did NOT offer any sort of reimbursement or coupons. Basically sorry and we kind of giggling like it was funny we had to wait that long. I'm very disappointed 😞 and even my cat wouldn't eat the pizza or wings. The only thing I could eat was the wings. I'm definitely NEVER ordering from there again.

I had to wait a few minutes longer than usual, but the person behind the counter kept me updated multiple times. I wish I had got his name but I didn't. It was the Domino's on Harrison Boulevard and it was Saturday right before midnight. He was awesome food was great.

Do not order from here , Understaffed,. The staff were polite when addressing my issues yet they kept giving false info on when my food would actually be arriving. They lied / gas lit on 3 different phone calls, just telling me a random time they "think" the order would arrive. So ridiculous:/ the foods were cold when it finally arrived && the sausage was seriously so gross tasting:( Seems like management/ the owner or some higher up, needs more involvement cause this location is struggling ! Taking 6 orders out at a time cause they only cause one driver , how sad and stressful for the staff 😵 So whack Ordering from here gave me major anxiety & was a legit waste of energy :(
