Usually I don’t have issues with your guys food but today my experience wasn’t pleasant… a burnt pizza and the guy who cash me out was not very friendly … 😡

The pizza I ordered got done in a timely manner. The gentleman had great customer service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars instead of 4, is because I told him I wanted my 2 vegetarian pizza medium stuff crust, and my other 2 medium stuff crust also, and my other 2 large pizzas. But he got the order wrong and gave me only 2 medium stuff crust pizzas instead of the 4 I ordered. I told him twice. Plus 2 two liter sodas, and 14 sauces of Grated Parmesan cheese and Crushed Red Pepper packs. As you can see he only got two pizzas wrong. But he should have gotten it all right talking to him in person ordering in the Domino’s restaurant. But overall still a great place to order pizza just make sure they understand the order right.

I ordered a pizza and couldn't. Cancel it HOURS before the delivery.! I wasted 30 dollars as the pizza went somewhere ELSE

I ordered a pizza through the domino’s website and it completely bugged out, making me buy 2 pizzas instead of 1 and on the website my purchase wouldn’t go through, costing me $50 of pizza that didn’t even get delivered. I called to hopefully get my issue resolved but the phone got picked up by a worker and they just left me on the phone for 10 minutes without any response 😐

Pizza was cold and old to the point the box was had grease circles from it sitting there. Took over a hour and there was hardly any toppings.

Domino's Pizza

I had a hiccup with my delivery tonight, my pizza was accidentally delivered to the wrong house! However rayven was very helpful! She made me a fresh pizza in ten minutes, and offered me a free soda with my pizza. She also helped me with a refund on my pizza as it had been quite some time. I’m very thankful! I’m very happy with my service.

I’ve not been disappointed in your product……until now. Several weeks ago I had a great pizza from your location; and you gave me a free two topping medium “emergency” pizza, which I picked up late yesterday afternoon.
I expected more than I received. Three of the slices had LARGE bubbles where all the topping had slid off. Each slice had 2-1/2 pieces of pepperoni and 1-1/2 pieces of sausage, on top of a tasteless cheese covered crust. I’ve had your pepperoni & sausage pizza before, so I know how much topping there’s supposed to be. VERY little “robust” tomato sauce; couldn’t even taste it.
It was free, so I’ll try you again…..ONCE.

Ordered for delivery, they left a message that delivery driver called in so it would be 3 hours till I got my food when another driver could come in. I tried calling back for 25 minutes with no answer so I finally just drove across town for them to tell me they never started my food. Then I still had to pay the delivery fee even though I had to go pick up my food since no one answered the phone for me to cancel my order.

I ordered from the Domino's website, desperate to get someone, anyone, to deliver food to a backwater in South Weber, and had a surprisingly great experience. Got a pepperoni pizza, chicken nuggets, Caesar salad, and bread bites, and it was all fresh and good despite not costing that much. The adult snob in our group felt like she got a decent meal, and the picky five-year-old ate everything and even had some compliments. "This has some zip but not too much" on the chicken nuggets, and "So pillowy inside, I love this" on the bread bites. There were no leftovers. And the delivery to our crazy address was fast and friendly.
