Domino's Pizza

I ordered at 8:45. I get it, it's late on a weekend. Probably fairly busy. But it's been nearly two (2) hours.

Where is my food? It was only three items (+plus tip) in total.
My rating might change. But until then.

I did an online order, it said to pickup between 9:45-9:55 got in the car headed over, arrived about 10:05 the pizza still wasn’t done. 5 minutes later I get my 2 medium pizzas go to the store and head home. The pepperoni and bacon pizza hardly had any bacon and 3 pieces looked like this. No sauce no cheese… my other pizza, chicken Alfredo had so much sauce on it when I tried to pick any piece all the sauce, cheese, chicken would just slide off. There was also maybe 5 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza 😂 I usually order dominos once or twice a week and have no problems but this was a very disappointing experience

We ordered food from online. One small ultimate pepperoni, one small honolulu hawaiian, and 2 garlic sauces. It has been multiple times that we have not received the sauces, that you charge for. If you arent going to give them, dont charge. We also paid $14 for just a ham and pineapple pizza. It was still good but a little frustrating that what we order isn't what we get.

To be honest, this location I am stuck using has caused so much grief and messed up every single order I have ever made with them. Consistently cold pizza. These many experiences have caused hatred in me. I literally hate the people working there because they disrespect my food and waste my money.

One of our pizzas was doughie, not just to taste, but to the touch. The slices couldn't be picked up. I'm going to have to bake the pizza. I tried to call but finally gave up.

I always go to this Domino's location on Skyline Drive for my pizza fix. They always have my order done in sync with the Domino's tracker. Nice and friendly employees and the food is always good and hot. A+

Ordered light sauce but got extra sauce — very disappointing. When I called, they apologized and promised a free pizza next time. A few weeks later, I tried to claim it, but they said there were no notes on file. The manager was polite and said he “believed me”, but still couldn’t do anything. It’s frustrating when customers are left feeling like they’re not being trusted for $12 pizza. Please train your staff to read orders correctly (ordered online) and follow through on promises.

It doesn’t matter what time of day I order pizza it is absolutely fabulous. I won’t go to any other dominoes except for skyline. We go out of our way to go to the skyline location. The pan crust is awesome too!!

It can often times be hit or miss sometimes great sometimes horrible, guess it just depends on who's working that day.

It's annoying did the app will tell you the pizza's done and it's not done sometimes not even put in the oven yet and you can't blame them for that but like it is annoying it's got to be annoying for them too.

They probably think I'm crazy with some of the toppings I get sometimes but they make it great.

Subpar service. A delivery order I placed was never fulfilled, supposedly due to a driver shortage. Following two days of attempts to contact management, I finally received a refund. Presently, online ordering is down, and a phone call to order landed me on hold for an hour.

Driver was nice. But twice now we’re ordered a garden salad and both times it was awful. Mold on tomatoes, brown lettuce. Avoid the salads!!!!!!!!
