Just a recommendation. Your employees are outside in this snow. You should at least provide snow gear annually like snow pants and safety jackets or even build two separate shacks to protect your employees if you’re going to make the employees be outside. Remember your employees is what makes your company work and they come first.

Such a lovely little coffee shop! The staff are always so kind and patient with me, and they make the best coffee around. It’s my favorite way of brightening my day! I always feel welcome every time I stop in. Reminds me of how coffee shops used to be, with real smiles and warm hearts.
