Dylan’s drive in Ogden on 12 street. Very horrible experience. For years I have enjoyed Warrens and and Dylan’s. On Sunday They lost our order. No one informed us how they lost our order. I had to ask what happened to our order before they admitted they lost the order. Finally,they gave us our order and was still missing items, that we purchased. After we left we discovered the order was still messed up. The food that we received food was prepared incorrectly. I was so frustrated I did not want to deal with the crappy customer service again.They don’t have the decency and admit they made an error, and say they are sorry. No offer to make things right. WOW Dylan’s get your act together. You stink

I have always loved these guys. They definitely take longer, however, it's totally worth it. Today, not so great. When we finally got to the window the staff was pretty rude. I ordered a lime Rickey add coconut, they made me a lime Rickey without the grape.... So we tried to tell them it wasn't what I ordered, they tried to tell me it had coconut in it, I tried to explain it was supposed to be a lime Rickey ADD coconut, when she finally understood, she was pretty rude about making the correct drink. We thought she could just add some grape to the one I already had, but she had already started making the new one. The new one, I'm pretty sure the sprite went out on the machine, it tasted horrible, but there was no way I was going to tell them that after how the situation was already going. Then they dang near threw our food bag at us, and felt extremely rushed as we were trying to just check the bag to make sure everything was in there (there were prob 7-8 cars behind us now, we just wanted to make sure it was all correct) all of this, and it was almost 50 bucks for the two of us to eat. I love this local fast food chain if I'm going to eat fast food, but today was ridiculous and for the cost, which is basically what we would have spent at an actual restaurant. Something needs to change y'all. The staff always were so friendly, esp cause the wait is so long, they were always nice at the window, but if this is how it is now, I mean, we can just stop supporting this business. Way too expensive to have our order not right and way too rude to deal with it all. So sad. RIP Dylan's......

The breakfast burrito has potential, but the undercooked hashbrowns really bring it down. Potatoes should add a satisfying crunch and a golden texture that complements the eggs and other fillings—not a soft, starchy filler that makes the whole thing feel incomplete. A crispy hashbrown makes a huge difference in flavor and texture, and unfortunately this one missed the mark. A little more time on the griddle and this could be a great burrito. I left a similar review from a different Google profile about two years ago and it’s clear that nothing has changed. However, the breakfast burrito is extremely cheap, which is pretty good on the price rating

Got a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. It was soo messy, with everything running down the side. The chocolate was waxy and flavorless. I'll stick to Weinersnitzel. Update...decided to try again. They asked if i wanted the cone upside down in a cup and I said no (cause what's the point) and they still did it. All the chocolate came off into the cup and I spent my time scraping it off the sides of the cup after it had hardened and putting the chunks back on the ice cream.
I generally do the drive thru & am always impressed at how quickly they can get it out. The attendants are always great at collecting my information. I haven't had anything that I didn't like there.

It was my first time ever going into this establishment, and they had a very welcoming environment with great energy. Highly recommend to anyone who is trying to have a nice night out with the people you love and enjoy some good quality food.

Autumn was a liar and rude. Over priced trash. Served cold. Last time I called her for serving cold....over priced Little W's....she said I had a free sandwich. Nope. Go somewhere else. Trash... cold... food. Liars too.
