Dillons has the best fries around ! Got take out from 12th Street Dillons. Been going for years to Dillons and Warren's. But tonight I had the worst fries ever. They must have changed the brand. Even my granddaughter would not eat them and that is saying something. They were like frozen fries you can bake in the oven at home. So very disappointed.

Went through drive thru and this is the first time the attendant was rude, first when ordering she didn't speak clearly so when asking what she just said she sounded irritated then when taking my card asked if I wanted a receipt... that's it, very aloof walked away didn't see her again. The French toast looked great although there was a dollop of powdered sugar that had crusted together wasn't spread or even spreadable just plopped in one spot, it looked cooked on the outside but was not cooked all the way through it was plain dry bread inside. When I asked for extra honey butter they brought me one (I use it on French toast as well), and that’s all they would give me. I was not impressed. Dylans has always had good customer service, I fear that may be changing with the culture!

Dylan's is a fantastic place to eat! We have been going to breakfast here every week for years. The service is great, the people are friendly the food is good and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is always clean and well cared for. It's a great place to eat.

The best breakfast I've had in ogden in 3 months! The only place that makes sausage gravy The right way. You see the place it looks fast food,but try it you won't ne sorry.I have been writing reviews for 5 years.this is the only 5 star rating I have ever given.well done Dylan!

Dylan’s drive in Ogden on 12 street. Very horrible experience. For years I have enjoyed Warrens and and Dylan’s. On Sunday They lost our order. No one informed us how they lost our order. I had to ask what happened to our order before they admitted they lost the order. Finally,they gave us our order and was still missing items, that we purchased. After we left we discovered the order was still messed up. The food that we received food was prepared incorrectly. I was so frustrated I did not want to deal with the crappy customer service again.They don’t have the decency and admit they made an error, and say they are sorry. No offer to make things right. WOW Dylan’s get your act together. You stink

I have always loved these guys. They definitely take longer, however, it's totally worth it. Today, not so great. When we finally got to the window the staff was pretty rude. I ordered a lime Rickey add coconut, they made me a lime Rickey without the grape.... So we tried to tell them it wasn't what I ordered, they tried to tell me it had coconut in it, I tried to explain it was supposed to be a lime Rickey ADD coconut, when she finally understood, she was pretty rude about making the correct drink. We thought she could just add some grape to the one I already had, but she had already started making the new one. The new one, I'm pretty sure the sprite went out on the machine, it tasted horrible, but there was no way I was going to tell them that after how the situation was already going. Then they dang near threw our food bag at us, and felt extremely rushed as we were trying to just check the bag to make sure everything was in there (there were prob 7-8 cars behind us now, we just wanted to make sure it was all correct) all of this, and it was almost 50 bucks for the two of us to eat. I love this local fast food chain if I'm going to eat fast food, but today was ridiculous and for the cost, which is basically what we would have spent at an actual restaurant. Something needs to change y'all. The staff always were so friendly, esp cause the wait is so long, they were always nice at the window, but if this is how it is now, I mean, we can just stop supporting this business. Way too expensive to have our order not right and way too rude to deal with it all. So sad. RIP Dylan's......
