No signs or any notice of operating hours or when they open and when they close. So when I see people inside and the lights are on but all the doors are locked without any type of signage I have no idea

The staff here is incredibly friendly. The food is prepared well and rarely is there an issue. My meal was missing some chips I ordered and I was nervous to go back in. I was treated with respect and kindness while my issue was resolved. This location is amazing.

I order online from here all the time. I’ve always had great food and service. Once someone stole my online order and once I ordered at the wrong store and both times they remade my food for me here for free.

They are just wonderful! Super kind and very willing to help and answer questions! The food is great, you can personalize whatever sandwich you choose. They also serve all of the items on the menu all day long, so you don't miss out on anything!

Manager was unwilling to replace a sandwich that was not very tasteful at all for a different sandwich. I asked him if he wanted his customers happy with their food and he basically said the cost of food is more important. It was my first time here and I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Wont visit again

This is BY FAR the best Einsteins around. we have 2 that are closer, and we drive out of our way to go this one. the bagels last longer without going stale, the staff is friendly, and they have a better selection. Breanne is amazing and always has a smile. I'll keep coming up this location!

This is THE BEST Einstein's in the area. Their customer service is excellent, Breanne S. always greets us with a smile and a few kind words, no matter how busy they are! Their bagels are so fresh! I've tried other bagel shops, and their's do not compare to this particular Einstein's. They always offer to slice our bagels and this is something a little extra that I didn't know about, they always offer me freezer bags for my bakers dozen! It's such a nice extra.❤️ We regularly drive the few extra miles to visit this Einstein's. There are 2 others closer to our house, but their service is poor👎 and their bagels are not as fresh 👎. Thanks Breanne and team! You're our bagel shop from now on!
