Everyone was timely and friendly—Brianne, Leilyn, and Molly are super welcoming! The store was clean and the food was just what I needed. A bacon, egg, and cheese with additional sauce that they were more than happy to help me with. One of them was even willing to help me take a picture of the BEAUTIFUL sandwich! The manager especially (Brianne!) was very helpful and kind, I appreciate that after a rough week 🙏 If I could give 55 stars I WOULD!!!

I always come in the morning a for a classic bagel and coffee, the amazing and kind worker Bree always greets me with positive energy that makes a great start to my day! Love the energy of all hard workers despite the demanding costumers they always welcome the person walking into the door with a smile!

Okay, let me start by saying I normally do not leave reviews. But this food and IMMACULATE service made me crack open the laptop asap, because the all nighter by far is the most delicious breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Not even that, by Leilyn and Breanne both provided excellent service and helped my indecisive brain with ordering, and making the food as delicious as it was in a very timely manner! WILL BE BACK.

This location is not worth ordering from. They continue to send out burnt food that is not even edible. Manager (Brianne) was no help what so ever. Took it to corporate and as a business owner I hope they make some changes because I won’t be ordering from here nor will I do big orders for our company meetings anymore.

I was greeted by Frank as I walked in the shop. The smell of fresh bagels was on the air. The person who took my order was great asking me questions about what I wanted on my sandwich. My food got to me as soon as they finished making it. I love going into Einstein Bagels.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from this place and I receive a burnt breakfast sandwich that ends up in the garbage. The cheese was so burnt onto the egg where it just broke off because that’s how burnt the cheese was. I ordered an everything bagel and they only have the seasonings on the very edges of the bagel and because they burnt the sandwich so the everything seasoning on the bagel you could not get past the burnt taste of the seasoning. I tried to get my husband to eat it and after he took a bite and spit it out because of the burnt flavor. I understand when this happens once in a while, but this is the third time I’ve ordered from this place for breakfast and I get burnt food.
