I have been here multiple times and every time they are incredibly rude. I have never had worse customer service to my face than I experience here. The food is normally okay, but this last time the cucumbers on my sandwich were frozen/covered in ice crystals. It just sucks that this one is so convenient for Weber students.

If you're dying to get an Einstein's bagel there's one that's very close by on Harrison anyway, and if you don't want a mediocre $7 bagel just go to Smith's and buy a pack of 6 for $4. Don't waste your time here.

Just throw 4 bucks into the toilet, worst bagel I’ve ever had. I don’t know if they heated up in a microwave or something, it tastes like a rubber. Costco’s bagels are much better. Also the girl who takes the order seems to hate her job so much.

I had such a HORRIBLE experience yesterday around 12:30pm at Einstein Bagels at 3910 W Campus Dr.The short guy helping take orders had the WORST attitude towards me.. actually no, to everyone there as to what I noticed. I’m not going to let this slide at all. “You can’t order that” “it’s not a need it’s a want” like who says that to their clients!? ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I’m a really nice humble lady but this guy had me on my worst side I had to match his energy there was no way I was going to let him treat me this way. I’m a client and I love this place I go to Weber State so I would make frequent stops there. I didn’t even enjoy my food. His attitude and presence made the environment very unwelcoming. Honestly stay away from here.

I friggin love bagels, but legit this place has forgotten key ingredients 3 different times with my bagels. They forgot the red onion on the nova lox, they forgot the bacon on the bacon avocado tomato, and they forgot the turkey on my turkey sausage bagel. What. A. Shame.
