This is a great Mexican place to eat in Ogden. I always get the 3 chicken Tacos w a side of Rice and Pinto beans All are Good. authentic too. I think they recently got new owners so the service has been better. The prices are higher to. At least $21 per person w drink. ( American Menu w Burgers n fries too!

El Pollo Rico is hands down the best in town! I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always delicious and consistent. My absolute favorite is the 3 crispy taco combo — the tacos are perfectly seasoned, always fresh, and full of flavor. Quick service, great prices, and unbeatable taste. A true local gem!

The food was so good… the taquitos; AMAZING!!!! They were huge with chicken inside and smothered with shredded white cheese and drizzled with sour cream. The beans and rice were nice and warm! Tge salsa was hot!! The combo comes with a canned soda so that might surprise people as I thought it was a fountain drink like the menu picture entailed so… a little misleading. Overall, 10/10! Really good Mexican food.

I ordered the Pollo family special for $23.99. I told them that I didn't need sodas because we didn't drink soda. She asked me if I wanted more tortillas, I said that would be very nice. I paid with a visa. The total charged to my card is $36.96. They have a small hand written notice that there is a surcharge for using a card. I was expecting it to be 3-5%, not over 30%. I tried calling them but it keeps going to voice mail. Not cool. The food is okay but nothing special and there were no free tortillas in the package.
So yummy! My absolute favorite place for Mexican food (I don't eat pork or beef so I miss out on a lot of local stuff) so happy to support this place and they are always so kind

I've never had a quesadilla that good before in my life. It was like finding a bar of 24 karat gold after only seeing those cheap fake trophies that are just spray painted yellow. Holy crap. I'm still basking in the high of it. I don't know how you make food that tastes that good. Good lord
