The employees are always so friendly. The bear claw ice cream is worth the drive! They have a cute little sitting area and offer cups of water. One of our favorite ice cream shops

My family and I came here not too long ago for the first time and as we park outside we see who I assume is a manager through the window but this lady is preparing something and picks her nose multiple times and then EATS IT, and then continues to go and scoop herself a bowl of ice cream with no gloves on the entire time and goes somewhere in the back we can’t see. The kid at the counter wasn’t super friendly either. Won’t be going back ever.

Visiting from Washington state, excellent price point. Lots of ice cream in a single scoop so beware ? especially for my 4 year old. Each of us chose a different flavor and loved our choices. I saw after the bathroom face clean up that you can buy the large ice cream containers (scratch and dents) for at the time $14. So glad we stopped after the Union Station museums.

I love Farr Better Ice Cream. I really wanted a banana split and they didn’t disappoint! I got the classic version to go, they do offer whatever kind of ice cream you’d like in the banana split style.
This place is good. I’ve been here a lot, and it’s been good 4/5 times. I usually get a cone but I wanted a shake this time. It was like salty, like inedible. I don’t know how that happened it was probably a mistake. So I would recommend the scoops of ice cream on the bottom floor. This place is also very busy. Most of the times there are church groups that overtake the whole place and push you out of the way and make you wait for their whole group as they continue to show up after you’ve gotten in line (more of a culture thing I guess).Overall I usually enjoy Farr’s ice cream.
Please bring Grape Ambrosia back! This is the absolute best flavor you had!

In today's world, pleasant customer service is an art that doesn't exist anymore. And it sure doesn't exist here either. The ice cream and atmosphere are just wonderful. But the young girls serving made me feel like I was intruding on THEIR time. No hello, thank you, or smile on their face. The attitude given was one of 'I'd rather be doing something else, or be somewhere else'. If they are so miserable then look for another job. So sad that this was my first time here. And now, the last.

Excellent ice cream. Huge servings. Husband tries different ones. I always get Moose Tracks. Daughter ordered Lime Sorbet and loved the sweet yet tart combination. According to the website, the most popular flavor is Butter Brickel.

Nice place! Love the vibes here. It's a little crowded inside, but it's an old place. The rocky road was great!
